On today, 9/29/19, I received very POOR customer service at the Britton RD. location. While I have never experienced nasty food at this location, this is not my first time for bad customer service. I dismissed the other encounters just because I felt like I can forgive and move on.
Today was the exception.
I placed my order at the drive- thru window and was the only car during the 30 minute duration of waiting in drive-thru. I ordered 1 order of crispy wontons, 1 fried catfish (extra crispy), Mac & Cheese, fried okra, and 1 med soft drink. Approximately 15 minutes into waiting the young lady working the window told me it will be a little while longer, waiting for my fish. Mind you I am the only car in the drive-thru. At this time I observe the cashier remove my order ticket from the computer by the drive-thru window and show a cook with a red apron, the cook then looks at her and scruggs his shoulders shaking his head saying he had not saw the order. The cashier looks directly at me and turn her back. I wait another 7 minutes. I honk my horn and ask her for a refund of $22.81 my order total. The cashier then looks at the cook giggle and tell him I want a refund. The cashier then comes to the window and tell me my order is on its way out, I insisted a refund.
Poor customer and dishonesty do not go together. I realize that my order was overlooked. I expected the cashier to be honest, instead she lied by telling me my order was on the way, when in reality it had been overlooked.
Customers are the reason businesses thrive. Poor customer service impact sales. I requested a refund due to poor customer service.
If every customer that experience poor customer service request a refund, it would impact sales, which impact labor, and the cashier that delivered the poor customer will eventually not have a job.
You have great food, please improve your customer service.

He was very impressed 😁 I brought a book... simply amazing a real page turner I am looking forward to book number 2!! 05/15/2021 this was my first time in this restaurant my intention was to simply review the food???? However I got far more than I expected. While my mentor was there to speak about my Ministry, I was taking note on the outer and interior details of the establishment . Being allergic to seafood (shellfish) I had no idea what I would order each and every team member took the time to make sure my order was prepared apart from others no one complained or gave me dirty looks . I watched as the team called out orders and handed out orders in a timely manner BUT wait the beautiful talented amazing gracious "BOSS LADY " entered the platform and took her place as a equal part of the team but her voice was like the others with direct but precise details and she made lemonade something we may not see in Brooklyn Heights New York. The establishment was neat and clean from top to bottom and the restrooms are cleaned oh! My order? It was simple fries and grilled cheese but it was more than my order it was how I felt and how they made me feel thank all of you for showing true Christianity no matter what Someone needs they are ready and up for the call my last words is for the Boss Lady Proverbs 31:25 why? People said you could not do it but look at you now. As the scripture says well done! You have a servants heart and your team is on the right hand of you! Read moreI went to this establishments on my lunch break. Walked in about 12:34 and ordered immediately. I was waiting on my sister so we could have lunch together. I’m aware it’s lunch rush time and a busy place. The atmosphere was cool so she ordered after me and we sat and talked. She got her food and I was still waiting on my food. I said as an employee walked by I have been sitting here since 1234 waiting on my food and it’s 110. It’s was 1:16 when I told my sister I have to go back to work, I’m going to go ask for a refund. Just as I walked to the counter the cook calls my number. I’m standing at the counter at this point. He apologizes and asks if I would like something to drink. I informed him I already had something to drink. The sweet tea was good. As I scarfed the food down because I had to be back at work at 1:30 since I literally work up the street. I decided to take the rest that I didn’t eat with me. I asked the young lady at the counter if I could have a To Go box she said yes and as I looked down I noticed she had her finger in the heel of her shoe behind the counter. She reached with that same hand she had on her foot in her shoe and picked up a To Go box and handed it to me. I was disgusted. I didn’t want to cause a scene I just took the box and threw the food away. So long story short, I spent $22 on a lobster melt that I waited 45 minutes at lunch to eat. It was too hot to eat and I didn’t get to eat it all or really taste it because it was fresh off the grill, then I get handed a To Go box from the person taking orders, money, taking food to people and messing with her foot and shoes.
