I have tried different subways, but this location has the nastiest, nonchalant, personnel I have ever met at any food service hub. I arrived at about 9:20 p.m on December 23rd to grab a sandwich, a cookie and a drink. The sign read "Drive thru only." I pulled up to order the food at the Drive Thru. For over 10 minutes of Hello and blowing my horn, no one responds. I then pulled up to the window. There was no one in sight, so I started blowing my horn again in frustration and the waste of time. Finally, I saw a lady open a cash register and start counting the sales. I blew my horn to draw her attention, she turned and looked and never moved or said a work or make any motion towards me. She finished counting her sales, closed the register and vanished. I stood there blowing my horn and for 20 more minutes no one showed up at the window and no one could be seen in the dining area either. I was so frustrated and angry, I left after 30 minutes of wasting time and getting no service, attention, a sign, an excuse, or a word. My clients and I will never eat at this Subway till I verify that this lady is no longer at Subway. If she is the owner, she can eat all the food....

I ordered (2) 6 inch sandwiches but she charged me for two foot-long’s almost double what I should’ve have paid. I even tipped her cash. What a fool I was I called that very same night to explain what happened. She said she will take care of it that & that the refund will take about three days. I give it one week and called the next Friday. She says that she needed my email and my phone number to process the refund. I gave her both credentials. Read moreSo places an online order at 2:25pm said it would be ready by 2:40pm. I leave my house at 2:45pm and make a 3 min trip to the store. When i got there the worker was making one sandwich. When i told her i was there for a mobile order she was just now getting to it. Then she slowly makes my own messing up on one sandwich and had the audacity to ask me if i wanted her to remake it. I said yes. Not sure why my order wasnt made when i placed it online like it was supposed. Not sure why there was only one worker that day. But yall need to step up your game before you lose a family of 6...
