Great place, great music, and great food. First time coming to Paladin Cubano. The staff is very welcoming explained the menu and suggested best options on food. I had the Cuban sandwich, first time having a real Cuban sandwich. My mind was blown by the textures and the flavor. It had crispy crust, that you could hear and feel. The ropa vieja is overpriced at $11 with shaved iceberg lettuce (no dressing) and rock-hard fried plantains as the sides.
