Normally I wouldn’t even trip about a hair in food, it happens. It’s not usually intentional, it’s gross but I mean it’s just hair. But I ordered two pizzas 07/10/21 a medium supreme with extra mushroom and a medium zesty pepperoni. Once we got the pizzas home I found a hair in one of the slices of the supreme. The hair was imbedded and baked into the cheese. Not just sitting on top, and much darker than my own hair or my husbands short hair. So we called the restaurant to let them know, and we’re asked to bring the pizza back to the store. Sure, no problem. Only two slices had been eaten and the third that had started to be eaten but had the hair in it.. Once we got to the store my husband spoke to the woman who was managing, she told him that she was the one who made the pizzas and that it couldn’t have been her hair. No offer of a refund or coupon or anything. Why even ask us to bring the pizza back to the store to begin with if you weren’t going to do anything about it? Just tell me I’m SOL on the phone if that’s the case. So I called the store again from the parking lot and spoke to Terry who I explained the situation to once again and was issued a refund begrudgingly for the supreme pizza by the same woman who previously said there was nothing she could do. 0/10 for customer service and pizza experience. Would not recommend to a friend, lol. I definitely wouldn’t have even left a review had they just handled it better...

On the 4th of July I placed an order for delivery. Around 10 minutes later a woman called me saying she was at my house, wondering why she was told to come there before getting pizza. This was absolutely ridiculous. She told me she tried to call Cici's and they didn't answer so had to call. I called the store and the manager on duty would t speak to me and told his crew member to make me contact customer service and to cancel my order myself.
Of course this is impossible after it's been placed so i wrote cici's an email and called the store for the manager so I could physically cancel the order. He told me that was impossible and asked if he could get me a new driver and make me fresh food. I reluctantly said yes because I had 50$ tied up in the deal and didn't want to waste even more time ordering from somewhere else.
Fast forward an hour later and I have no food, no refund and no contact from anyone. I called back to the manager and he as dismissively as possible told me my order was canceled so he didn't make it. After he JUST told me he would make it fresh and get me a driver. My family's night was ruined as this affected all of our plans. Absolutely pathetic. Do not ever order from here just go to the one on western where their...
Read moreI called in my order to the local take out only location on SW 29th St. The man told me my order would be ready in 6 minutes. It took me approx 12 minutes to get there and after waiting at least another 10 min thru the long line of cars at the drive up window, the girl told me my order was not ready yet. There was only 3 employees, two girls and a man... The man was standing by the counter playing with his cell phone. He didn't seem to care if anyone got their pizza or not. I like Cici's Alfredo pizza. I'll drive across town to get it. It's a good product at a fair price but I can't wait for an hour for the employees to get ready to make my pizza.
