Pizza Zone — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

I just ordered pizza from Pizza Zone today for the first and last time! It took an hour to arrive and when it did, they had the wrong drink with it. I told the delivery person that I wanted the drink corrected but would like to keep the pizza. So he proceeded to say he would return with the correct drink and pizza. After much confusion, he said he would not come back with the drink and would refund it. Then decided to accuse me of being rude when I was trying to understand what he was doing since he didn’t actually refund the cash for the drink until I said I wanted him to take the pizza too and return all my money. He just walked away yelling at me. Great customer service is not how I would describe my interaction with him. Oh, and how was the pizza? They got that wrong too! I did not want the mushrooms that were on the seafood pizza but I got them anyway. I was hoping to find my new pizza place but...

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. If you value courtesy, quality, taste, accuracy, or even plain old common sense. My order took almost 2 hours to arrive. I specified extra gyro sauce for my sandwich with cottage cheese as the side. I also specified extra dressing for my greek salad.

What I got was ONE container of CEASAR dressing, a dry gyro with FRIES, big chunks of lettuce topped with 11 small sliced black olives, 2 thinly sliced tomatoes cut in two, and tons of purple onions, no feta, no greek olives, beets or peppers, which I would have removed, but that makes up a TYPICAL greek salad.

What a joke this place is. I can't imagine how they are open. I can almost guarantee they have NO repeat customers.

Oh did I mention THEIR delivery surcharge AND the fee for the delivery service they use. ...

Customer service sucks here! We asked for a refund due to us spending 40 dollars on two bar b q meals that were microwaved, the chicken literally looked like it came out of a frozen bag. The sides were microwaved and placed into the containers you can tell for sure. So with nit even touching the food, we asked for a refund due and the little short guy that is the ‘owner’ starting yelling and said “you will not get a refund”. You have to eat the food! I responded, you can’t make me do anything I need my refund. However, they have roaches 🪳 so be careful when ordering take out and dinning in is even worse. The owner also mentioned ‘we need to sue Dickey’s bar b q and don’t complain to him. Says the person that literally owns the Pizza zone and the dickeys is all in one building. They are out to scammers...
