Taco Nuevo — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

This is the most HORRIBLE PLACE EVER!!!!! I wish i there was an option to give negative stars!! WORST customer service i have EVER encountered!! I have placed 2 orders with them and BOTH were HORRIBLE! 1st time, order was placed, said to arrive in 45 mins. Only to arrive almost 2 hrs after said time. Come to find out they didn't even open up the establishment on time. Did we receive a courtesy phone call letting us know it would be late? NO!! Not even an apology after US calling to find out where the food was. We decided to try them again, and this time was even worse!! Not only was the food late AGAIN. But the order had specified NO ONIONS (as i am allergic to them). Apparently onions are cooked in with the meat. Yet again, no courtesy phone call to let us know. When i called to the establishment the lady answers and says "UGH, WHAT DO YOU WANT?".... I was hoping she was speaking to someone in front of her but NO, She was talking to ME. I explained the situation and it upset her even more. She put the "OWNER" on the phone and his attitude was even worse than hers! After going back and forth with the man, He finally told me is WAS NOT HIS PROBLEM and if i don't like it don't order there anymore and hung up on me!!! I wasn't asking for a refund or anything free! I just wanted my food without onions. Apparently that was to much to ask! NEVER EVER AGAIN will they get a cent from me!! And hopefully NO ONE has to go through the...

A few things you should always bear in mind: you don't order pasta at a steak house; you don't order a burger at a Chinese place; etc, etc. To be added to this list is, as should be fairly obvious, you don't order Mexican food from a pizza place.

Pizza Zone is a really good place and has really great pizza and calzones. I have no idea what possessed them to open a separate, but not separate, Mexican food place as well. They have no idea how to make Mexican food and seem to just use the pizza ingredients they already have on hand.

The enchiladas were pretty disgusting, their red salsa is more akin to marinara than salsa picante, and, I'm not sure how, but they somehow figured out how to mess up even a quesadilla. Probably due to the fact that they seem to have just used the same mozzarella they have on hand for pizzas. I was pretty hungry and didn't have time to mess around with reordering, so I did eat it. However, I wouldn't have chosen to.

the only thing on the entire order that was, dare I say, good was the one thing that probably comes in a bag from Ben E Keith and is the same thing that pretty much every restaurant in town uses. The refried beans.

Order pizza from Pizza Zone. Do it all day long. Do it two or three times a day. But please don't subject yourself to the horrors...

It's a shame such good food is shrouded by terrible customer service!!

I've ordered from here for a while now. At first, all was good. Until I got my tacos delivered to me and they had NO MEAT ON THEM. I called and was told that the manager would call me back. Never got a call. Call the next day and spoke with someone who was VERY rude and told me it wasn't his problem.

For about a month, I took a break and figured maybe they'd have gotten their act together. WRONG! I ordered tacos SPECIFICALLY with cheese and avacados on the side, as I ALWAYS HAVE. Never been a problem. My tacos are delivered without it. I again call and ask and was told again that I didn't pay extra (even though I have a receipt showing I did) so instead of calling me and telling me it would be extra, they just omitted it all together. AND THAT IT WASN'T HIS PROBLEM.

I'm done with this place. Learn how to talk to your customers and admit to your mistakes. Until then I refuse to eat here. Taco trucks,...
