Wayback Burgers — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

We did a doordash order today and my husband went to go pick it up. Only to find out it's not an independent restaurant, but a small food court thing inside Walmart deli. The teenage female cashier threw our order at him and it landed on the counter. Our food was greasy and cold. Chicken tasted freezer burnt, fries were half cooked/soggy. Just absolutely gross. The customer service my husband experienced was beyond abysmal. He was willing to look past a lot, then asked the girl for straws. She just looked at him, rolled her eyes and walked away. Ignoring him. My husband just walked out. We did call to speak to the manager about the horrible customer service and food quality. He made excuses and then said (in regards to the employee) "that's just how she is", "we are thinking about firing her" & then told me a diagnosis of hers as an excuse. (I'm not putting what he said in order to protect the teen girl). Wayback burgers, I hope you see this review. It's illegal to disclose health information of your employees. And it's absolutely gross food with unreasonably high prices. The only "good" thing was that the restaurant was swept and visibility clean. This the 2 stars for atmosphere. I would seriously reconsider staff retraining. We will not...

Well let's Sandwich this huh. Came for the Food & Not returning bc the Food & workers. Brought my Husband Here For the Chicken tenders grabbing a bite while wait for my Food down at another restaurant to be finished. In a bit of a hurry to pick up the kiddos from school we came in and orders chicken tenders and a brownie shake. Fyi Fries are sold separately. But no big deal. The cashier was kind. She seemed nervous kinda but I figured they were just busy and that was it. Love the food wanted to now try a shake. The last girl bringing the order handed me My husband's Food cutting me off while I talked and for some odd reason was very distracted she didn't even look at me just starred at my husband as she handed me his order. Odd but we just looked at each other and laughed. Thennnnnn the real mess. The Chocolate brownie shake that tasted like Onions was put in it. It was Disgusting I took one sip and He tasted it and gagged ,we threw it out immediately. Couldn't go back bc we have kids to pick up However. Maybe check the expiration date or something. Updated I placed my order through postmates at 8. They closed sed at 9. It said my order was being made and would arrive at my house by 9:04. At 8:45 my order was canceled and when I called to see why no one would answer and I called for 10 minutes. I’m completely outraged and me and my family will have to settle for nothing. At my work we answer the phone and stay open til 9. And I know that two different post mate drivers had to go there and have no order to pick up. Don’t waste your time!

*Update- the manager of the store called me, didn’t offer me anything but a sorry, then sees this review and calls me back to scream at me and suggest I’m mentally ill... like I think a free burgers for my kids would have been enough for me but all I got was a yelling match with the manager. Now I’m shaking and livid and I’ve still never even eaten...
