I ordered 2 fish sandwiches and a large order of potato cakes.
My 1st concern was when my order was ready immediately. I asked for extra tartar sauce, so they likely added the sauce to sandwiches that were on the warmer. Potato cakes normally are made to order, so when they had the bag waiting on me, my expectations fell real low in regards to having a fresh meal. I drive away and about a mile down the road, I decide to look in the bag and realize the potato cakes were missing. On one hand, I figure this means they will be fresh when I return to pick them up. On the other hand, I am now upset that I must turn around to get my order right.
I return and the woman working the window tells me they didnt charge me for the potato cakes. She even read it off the console. Thankfully, I did have the receipt and "proved" I was owed potato cakes. Unfortunately, the cakes were already "ready," indicating they were likely not fresh. Bummer.
I get home and its confirmed, the fish had that "tough" taste around the edges as if they were sitting in the warmer for awhile. The lettuce tasted like it had been sitting out in an open container all day, you know that taste? And of course, the sandwiches were close to room temperature.
The potato cakes also had the texture of sitting in the warmer for far longer than it should've been.
The woman at the window did offer a free drink or shake for my troubles of having to return, even though I rejected it, I do appreciate the gesture.
I would have rather waited 5 - 10 minutes to receive fresh food than to receive obvious unfresh food.
My expectations of fast food is generally low and I am not the type to leave bad reviews for small things. But I did used to work for Arby's back in the late 90's and I do know they pride themselves on high quality food. They order their buns fresh from local bakeries, as well as their produce. The food I received today is well below their usual standard, and that alone prompted...
Read moreLooked up the hours online and noticed the hours were til 10:30pm which is great since I got off work at 8:30pm. My wife and I drove 15 minutes to go to this location and upon arrival noticed kids running outside to their cars yelling and being silly. There was also a uniformed worker out front smoking a cigarette. We pulled up to the drive through at 9:05pm and attempted to order but got an automated message that they were closed. We thought that was strange since there was a worker smoking out front and drove up to the window and noticed the door signs also reflected 10:30pm. So we drove back to the drive thru and got the same message. I then pulled up to the window where the employee took a bar off to inform me that they closed early due to staffing issues. Obviously I was upset and told her my opinion before driving off and going to DQ. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! I will never be back. There is much better selection in the area and it is ridiculous to drive more than a couple minutes to deal with this. This happened on 12/27. All the employees working...
Read moreI went here a couple of times before. The last time I went was 40 minutes before I started typing this review.
One specific cashier isnât friendly, at all. Sheâs always like that. I always ask for âa lot of ketchupâ and thereâs always three packets in my bag. She never smiles, or says anything than the bare minimum.
Before I drove off I knocked on the window to ask for more ketchup. When she opened the window she said âwhat?â, I asked for more ketchup packets. She didnât respond and handed me more ketchup packets that almost fell out of my hand, because she wasnât looking when she let them go.
Usually those two are the only problems. Today I ordered my usual stuff and when I drove off I put my hand in the bag to grab a fry.
The fries were cold. I pulled into a parking lot and checked the other food. The sandwich was room temperature but the cheese was melted. The Anjou sauce was room temperature as well and leaking outside of the container.
Very unhappy after multiple not good experiences. I wonât be returning and I donât recommend this specific...
