I usually have s good experience here. This morning (Oct 20th 20205) I arrived to this location at 04:55am...5 mins early from opening. I sat in the drive thru patiently until they opened. I was greeted with a "sorry we open at 5am how may I help you?" I didn't think anything of it and ordered my food. I get to the window and the young lady that took my order then says " I know you wanna to be first here, but we open at 5 and you sat there for 500 seconds which ruins our clock time to get orders out. Can you wait behind the line of where intercom is next time?" I asked was there not a way she could get on the intercom to let me know? She then told me she was busy and didn't see me sitting there on her camera and headphoneswere off. And then she proceeded to tell me they open at 5 again and closed the windows after giving me my food. No good morning...have a good day...nothing. Im not entitled to that greeting or anything but she came off very rude and I feel she could've handled this better than she did. I hope this reaches the right manager to address...
Read moreMediocre, like most Dunkin’ locations. I usually do mobile orders, it’s still a hard concept for some locations, including this one. First time I walked in and went to the mobile pickup, and all the employees looked at me, then just went back to what they were doing. Stood there for 30 seconds, then reached behind the counter to grab my drink. Another time none of my stuff was ready and they all just stared at me again. I did get a free donut and free size upgrade though. Also, I’ve gotten stuck in the parking lot twice due to the drive thru line, which is also slow.
Update 2/27/22. Down to one star. Made a mobile order a few weeks ago, one donut was wrong, one was missing, they had no brewed coffee so I had to wait 15 min after I arrived for them to make it. Went again today and waited literally 30 minutes in the drive thru. This...

I went around 5:30pm today (sunday august 24), ordered a vanilla creme coldbrew and the guy working there didnt know what that was. When I corrected him and said it was literally on the menu and described the drink, he looked confused. Im out almost $5 because he messed it up twice and the 2nd try he gave me looked like tea with cold foam. I can't tell you how many times I've been and asked for a Vanilla Creme Cold brew and been handed a pale cold brew with cream and vanilla as if I ordered iced coffee. There is literally a menu item AND picture. Teach these workers what is on the menu and how to make it.
