McDonald's — Restaurant in Olathe

This is my second time getting a smoothie from this McDonalds location. And every other mcdonald's I go to TOPS OFF their smoothies to the very top rim of the cup. Even googling "McDonalds Smoothies" shows the smoothies are TOPPED off to the very top of the cup. I went in around 11-12 today to order another smoothie and the smoothie was not topped off yet again. The first time I came in for a smoothie I asked for them to top it off and they topped it off for me but I saw the manager in the background asking if her employees wanted an extra full small cup of smoothie - making me think that they short customers on purpose for personal gain. This is a $5 smoothie I don't appreciate being shorted like that. So my second time experiencing this AGAIN I was shorted. I asked if she could fill it to the top and the lady gave me an attitude, aggressively told her manager in spanish that i wanted it to the rim (i speak spanish and yes it was aggressive) and said that the smoothies have to be filled at the line on the side of the cup but the line on the side of the cup says "ICE/MCCAFE" this is SMOOTHIE its not a mccafe product at all. So the manager came and she told me it has to be filled to the line on the side of the cup and i told her last time you guys were okay with filling it to the top and that this is the only McDonalds that doesnt fill it to the top. She kept arguing with me so I just asked for a refund. Clearly management is not running this location well, also I was writing this review on my phone originally but it wasn't allowing me to post it for some reason so I went out of my way to get on my laptop to MAKE SURE...

Normally I don't have any issues with this location. They're fast, friendly and get my order correct. But tonight was a whole different story. I went in for my usual, a 10 piece chicken, large fry and 2 apple pies. When I got to the window to pay they told me they didn't have any apple pies, only strawberry. I said that was fine, I'd take the strawberry ones. I pulled up to get my order and they asked me to park in one of the extra spaces because my pies weren't finished and again, that was fine. The problem came when I sat there for about 7 minutes. The girl finally brought my food out and it's a good thing I checked my bag because it wasn't my order. Inside the bag was a McChicken and fries. No pies, no nuggets. I get out of my car and go in, which is an inconvenience because if I wanted to go in I wouldn't have went through the drive thru in the first place. They fixed my order, but said I'd have to wait for my pies... so I did. And then all of a sudden they have apple pies. It makes me wonder if they told me they didn't have any apple ones because they didn't want to make them at the time... if that's the case, its pure laziness. The customer should come first, even if...

$17 for 2 Happy Meals. Pretty sure I had my money stolen. Ordered 2 happy meals for my kids at this location. Was told that they were only accepting cash at the time. Don’t usually carry cash but it was allowance day for the kids so I figured I’d break the $20 I pulled earlier. Gave the money and the cashier gave me my change. I waited for the receipt but he threw it away (wasn’t concerned because I would have tossed it anyway). As I pulled up to the second window I started to put the change away and only saw $3. I asked the second window if maybe I paid for someone else’s meal by mistake because it should not have been that much. They pretended to try to figure out the mistake before asking me how much change I received. I told them $3 and they said “ok that’s correct then” I asked “So $17 and zero cents exactly for two happy meals” he said “correct”. I pulled away. I chose not to go inside because my kids were with me and I did not see any positive outcome from causing a scene. If your employees are starving and need money just...
