Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Olathe

So I ordered a grilled chicken wrap and mozzarella sticks on 04/29/2017 about 10 pm. It takes about 10 minutes whatever its a long time for this food. Then I find there's no marinara sauce and I hit the red button and let the lady know I wanted the sauce she says be right out with it. The same chick that brought me my food went to assist another customer that's fine however she comes put a second time and finishes up with the customer. She goes back into the store and I wait another 3 minutes. IT DOESNT TAKE LONGER THAN 30 SECONDS TO GRAB SOME MARINARA SAUCE I WAITED ANOTHER 5 MINUTES AND ROLLED OUT. IT SEEMS LIKE SHE COULD CARE LESS ABOUT DOING HER JOB CORRECTLY. I believe Kayla was the one who took my order. I wish I knew what I did to make her upset so I could get my marinara sauce to enjoy with my mozzarella sticks. Should of went up the street to Taco Bueno.

Also my wrap had cold chicken too which is great I really love...

I specifically ordered cheeseburgers requesting they be freshly cooked & hot off grill I received all burgers that had been sitting in pan w/ slice of cold cheese. I sent all of my order back requesting a refund. What does it take to get a hot fresh just cooked burger from sonic

Your mgr never reached out to me about this continuous problem as you stated would happen. Guess their quality of food is not important as them getting their buck.

7/13/2021. Tried this Sonic again on Parker St in Olathe. Cheeseburger received this time, meat was spoiled & bun was so dried out. I wouldn't even feed it to my dog. I immediately contacted mgr & he argued he had been cooking all day & food was fresh. Never offered a refund but did offer to give me another burger next time I'm there. I told him I didn't want anymore food from Sonic b/c it's not fit to eat. People Beware at this particular DriveIn. I'm turning this over...

Few months ago I showed up at 10:57pm on a Friday to find them closed. This wouldn't be a big deal if they closed at 11pm. I'm understanding that sometimes one needs to call it a day early...everyone needs this occasionally. But!!! The issue is that the closing time, for this sonic, was listed on the store and online @ midnight! No sign explaining why either. Maybe the freezer started throwing frozen blocks of hamburger at everyone. Who knows? It could be any reason, but without an explanation I just think that they were lazy. The lights were already off and it appeared that no employee was still there. Just me...and the two pot heads that walked there because of the munchies. I ended up driving them to the new QT, where we all ate dinner. And, guess what? It was damn good! So, get that store in line or it'll be the first fast food place to close because a gas station has better service and maybe even...
