The new owners have done something really special here. The decor is stunning, warm, modern, and welcoming, a huge glow up while still honoring the charm of the old space. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to slow down, sip your drink and just be.

The service is top tier, friendly, genuine, and full of that small town hospitality we all love. And the coffee? Easily some of the best in Johnson County. Smooth, rich, and clearly made with care and passion.

It’s so inspiring to see a small business come in, respect the past, and build something brand new that the community can be proud of. Dolce Caffè is more than just a coffee shop, it’s the start of a new local tradition....

Just dropped in as am on a roll in visiting as many coffee shops as I can while in town visiting Olathe from Virginia Beach VA. I was in for a delightful surprise. Didn’t have customers so had a nice chat with Lucca who is part owner of the cafe with his wife. They’ve been in business for 4 weeks now but I get a sense that this cafe will do really well. Why? Because they pride themselves in the Viennese coffee that they import to really have the locals have a treat with European coffee. I got small cup of hot pistachio latte and the coffee indeed makes all the difference. Highly recommend this place as I’ve been to 8 others and this one definitely is on my #1 spot for coffee shops in the Olathe/Overland Park/Lenexa area! Woke up early today wanting a good cup of coffee and was not disappointed to try this new venue! I need to eliminate gluten from my diet due to a chronic illness and was excited to try the blueberry scone...my kiddo had the chocolate chip cookie and macaroons, which she loved!! My favorite part was the owner..he was charming and made something special for my 10 year old that loves coffee but really loves sweet stuff. It's that personal service that will bring us back and encourage us to give our hard earned money to a human being instead of a cut throat coffee "corporation" that does not focus on good ingredients.
