Dunkin' — Restaurant in Old Bridge Township

I used to love coming here and getting coffee before working with clients all day. The staff was friendly and got my order right every single time. But for some reason, there seemed to be a turnover and now the employees are rude and inattentive to the customers needs. There is a lady named Nicole who now works there who's attitude is snarky and sassy for no reason . Not only did she not pay attention to my order, but seemed not to care about doing so. As a result, I was almost late to my appointment, leaving there with a bitter taste in my mouth. I didnt want to make a big stink about it at the moment but this wasn't the first time this happened. She also doesn't say hello or goodbye. She almost seems indifferent about the fact that she works there, almost as if she was having a bad morning.

In summary, I'm never coming back to this Dunkin. I've been going to the Dunkin across Rt. 18 by the medical center and it's been a world of difference to the one I used to go to. One suggestion I could make is hire employees who have a better attitude about working with customers and make sure they get their orders right the first...

In the last 6 months this dunkin has gone from being my favorite location, to my least favorite. I have been coming here Mon-Fri for the last 2 years. This is the second day in a row that I have taken 1 sip from my coffee before dumping it down the drain. Yesterday there was no cream, and today they gave me sugar free caramel instead of the 6 pumps of caramel swirl that I asked for. Someone should probably tell the young kids that the sugar free and the swirl taste totally different from one another. Also, last night was the first time I have ever visited in the evening. My husband was almost ready to jump out of the car on the drive thru line because of how rudely the kid on the loud speaker was speaking to everyone. It all started with a regular "you want to stop at dunkin?" As soon as started placing our order the oddness started. Veggie egg white on a flat bread and add turkey was impossible for them to fathom so we made it SIMPLE we ordered 3 sandwiches and 1 hash brown. They billed us for 3 has browns and only gave is 2. (Adding to my bill pisses me off) Then my ham & cheese on a croissant came out egg, 1 slice ham and cheese... toss the egg and I had a poor sandwich. Other people inside were complaining about how long it takes. Walking in and waiting 10 minutes is absurd. Seeing the drive thru cars whizzing by and getting their orders super fast pisses me off too as I stand and watch my order get put to the side while they quickly fill the drive thru orders... eff this place, every mile has a dunkin... drive to...
