La Rosa Chicken & Grill Restaurant - Old Bridge — Restaurant in Old Bridge Township

I'm totally disappointed 😞. I went to the store and ordered a quarter chicken with cucumbers and tomatoes, I really wanted mashed potatoes, but they did not have it. Neither sweet mashed potatoes nor regular mashed potatoes were available. I stated I'll take Pilaf Rice. I received mac and cheese instead, and I told the person behind the counter that's not what I ordered. He told me I ordered mac and cheese when, in fact, the other person ordered it, not me. So he took my order, scooped out the mac and cheese, placed a small cup of rice on the side, and placed it in the bag. I didn't look inside the bag and I noticed it when I got to my destination. I actually took a picture of this. This was the Old Bridge location. Not to worry, I will NEVER go there again. By the time I returned, the place was closed. I threw it out the food who knows what else he did. It was totally unsatisfactory and disgusted with this service. Stay far away from who know what else they done.

The Manager and I spoke a few days later. He apologized and requested that I come back and he will replace my order. When I returned a few day's later, the original order I asked for I received. Very professional the manager and I spoke for a few minutes. The food was good according to my neice. Basically I got home, placed the order on the table. Didn't have a positive experience here. Asked about peanut and treenut allergies and the two girls who worked there didn't have a clue or seem to care. They asked a guy in the back who didn't speak any English and came back w no. Couldn't even express my concern regarding any close contact information, so I just emailed corporate my complaint. As far as the food was concerned which I did have the fries were really good the chicken tenders were great quality . Ordered through Ubereats. Got sweet potatoes instead of mashed potatoes, the corn had 0 flavor, (worse than canned corn) and the chicken was extremely bland and very greasy. The cornbread had very little flavor and everyone knows the cornbread is what makes a good meal. Out of the whole meal the sweet potatoes (which i didn't order) were the best part of the meal.
