November 15th 2020. Stay away from this place.. The current ownership and definite manager do not care about any individual customer. I arrived at 10: 12 My order was placed 10:15 after the customer that was behind me received their order and walked out. I inquired about my order. 7 minutes went by still no attention. I finally got the manager's attention who went through their computer came back and told me that it never printed. Not only did I have a copy of the receipt I watched the machine print out the secondary copy. Only at this moment did my order get placed into the kitchen's hands. 10:40 I received my order. Standing with several drinks in my hand and a brown paper bag trying to juggle this mess without a plastic bag to assist the manager looks down and sees me struggling. Approaches me and says do you have your order. Ignoring the obvious need for a bag. Extremely disappointed certainly does not make you feel like a valued customer. Not offering an apology in any way other than giving me the statement that the order never printed. Leads me to believe they do not believe in individual customers they look at everything for the day as a whole. Customer beware You are just another number in the machine that they have created. Read moreThis experience just happened and I feel it’s worth sharing. First let me say I have been a customer of bagel talk ever since it was opened. In fact I knew the old owner personally before the two new owners bought the store. Here’s my story, I just got back from Bagel Talk where I picked up some bagels. The person that helped me I know is one of the owners, he tells me my total, $6.90 so I gave him $12, he gives me back 10c so I said you owe me $5. He gave a strange look, opened the register and said with an attitude you gave me $7, I said I didn’t have any $5 bills on me. He closed the register and said he’s going to check the camera. I was tempted to leave but decided to wait because I wanted to see his reaction. After 10 minutes he came back and said “ you gave me $10”, opened the register and handed me a $5 bill that I put back on the counter and said you can keep it, obviously the store needs me more than I do. He didn’t like that and got angry and loud, I told him to lower his voice and walked away telling him he’s a bad business man. It is sad that when someone makes a mistake and their ego stands in the way of a simple apology.

Read moreMy fiancé mentioned twice “the wait was worth it”. We waited almost half hour for our meal which was a little too long but the food was delicious.
I gave four stars because the food was great but because the service was poor . I can pardon the young lady at the register because she’s young and may be learning .
My suggestion is to get her as well as the other staff training on customer service. Teach them that assuring the customer the food will be out soon and to greet customers is polite .
When the food was finished, the young lady left it on the counter and walk away. She never once said, the order is ready , or thank you for waiting , or sorry for the long wait , or here’s your food .
I was shocked that we were not greeted or thanked and that the food was just left on the counter for us to assume it was ours after waiting almost half hour.
I definitely won’t buy anything here again but hope that my feedback can help you...
