done going there. was a customer there since the 90s when friends delivered pizzas there. today, went in ordered and waited for food to go. (a $50 order, nothing too big ) seemed like i was bothering them when i asked if it was done yet after the woman said it would take 20 minutes...20 minutes came and went that's why i asked. once food came out they called my name and i went up to get the tray of food. before i left i checked to make sure everything i ordered was there. was missing a calzone so i went back to counter and guy plopped the extra bag holding the calzone without saying, hey im sorry or anything. classless. in the past, family ordered manicotti and they said they will no longer be making manicotti in the future...what?? they said, stuffed shells are still on the menu. like that is a great compromise. (it isn't). also, previously ordered subs with extra vinegar n oil and they didn't put the extra vinegar and oil on the subs. save yourself the aggravation and find somewhere else where people take pride in making your food and making you feel welcome to give them your business. ...

WHERE ARE THE MEATBALLS? My son is a regular at Old Bridge Pizza and is always happy with the food. When my son was placing an order for pickup I decided to order a meatball sub. When I unwrapped the sub I was shocked and disappointed at what I saw. Three meatballs were cut in half to fill (not really) the sub. One and a half meatballs on each side. The sub was at least 80% bread. So I put the meatballs together and made a half sub. The meatballs did taste good but I feel cheated. Prices up and quantity down is not a good combination. I don’t usually type any good or bad reviews but this places and it’s staff really deserve a five starts. We are new to Old Bridge from Brooklyn, NY. We already tried few other pizzeria and some are okay, some are good and some we will never order from. We tried Old Bridge pizza not too long ago and we thought it was very good. However, when we ordered catering for our 9 year old birthday party, from the phone call all the way to the delivery person… service was great and very accommodating. The food and the pizza were delicious and all of our guests were complementing the food all night. We will definitely going to be ordering from this place more often and it will be our where to...
