Also certain prepared foods like the beef empanada cost a little more. My mother passed suddenly on 2/12/25 and we were scrambling to find a venue and catering for her memorial/celebration of life the following week. We reached out to Adrienne to ask if they could do a large last minute order. Not only were they able to do it, but she took care of the menu and everything to take that stress off our hands. She and her staff were so accommodating and understanding of our situation - they treated us like family. The food was delicious of course but it was how they helped us that made an absolute difference. My mom was THAT Tita - the one that cooked amazing food and fed everyone. She loved Filipino food and that was all she wanted to eat even up until her last day. Adrienne, thank you so much for taking care of us and our momma. For Filipino fast food you can't go wrong here. Chef Leo has the best pork BBQ sticks in NJ. If you are new to Filipino food start with the pork BBQ sticks. I garuntee you will be back for it. Leo has another location in Piscataway too called "Leo's BBQ" its hidden in the nook by Weight Watchers. For a lunch combo with two sides plus rice or noodles for around seven bucks you can't go wrong. Pro tip.. if you want to save on a drink.. they have a water cooler.. That's freeeeeee..
