If I could give this place no stars at all I would. First of all, I have never gone there and had my coffee made right the first time. The kids don't pay attention to you when you are ordering. Aside from that, tonight (about a half an hour ago) while I was in there I placed my order and sat down at a table to wait for my sandwich. After about 10 minutes of waiting silently and patiently the blonde kid looks at me and says " Uhhh your foods been sitting here". So I get up and say sorry I must not have heard you and he looks at me and says " Well you were too busy on your phone". Mind you, he was too busy flirting with three little girls and I guess he thought he was going to talk to me like I was a piece of crap to show off to his little girlfriends. First of all, your store provides free WiFi for customers to use while they are there. Second of all, I am completely deaf in my right ear and also I am sick which is causing my other ear to be impaired as well. I can see if I was rude to him or complaining about my food taking so long , BUT I WASN'T. I DIDN'T SAY A WORD TO HIM EXCEPT I'M SORRY I DIDN'T HEAR YOU. Then he decided to get an attitude with me even though that's all I said. Is this how you want your employees to treat their customers? Is it acceptable to talk to a customer with an attitude? No! I will NEVER step foot in this store again. All of the young kids who work there are rude and have serious attitude problems. I worked at dunkin donuts when I was young as well and if I EVER spoke to a customer the way he spoke to me I would...

I was literally waiting for my food, I asked to speak to her manager she wouldn't ask the manager to come to the window and again told me that im taking up her time and i need to leave immediately, so I sat there and called the store asking the manager to come to the window when she came I explained I was waiting for my food and theat her cashier kept telling me to leave as if I had gotten everything I then gave her my receipt and what do you know my food was sitting right under this girls nose the whole time ready to go, I will never ever go to this dd again, just the rudeness alone was enough and God knows why she had no idea there was more to my order being I already told her there was 🙄 there's mistakes and then there's this crazy behavior and no apology...
Read moreThis Dunkin' is pretty awful #1 the parking is absolutely horrendous and whoever decided to put a Dunkin' donuts in a TINY parking lot with a family dollar needs to rethink their whole career because that was the stupidest thing to possibly do even a 5-year-old could tell you that wont work.#2 every time we come here we get old-fashioned donuts and every single time they are as hard as a rock. It has never failed NOT ONCE. Every other Dunkin' donuts in the area has fresh old fashioned donuts, this dunkin must not sell a lot and keeps all the old ones no matter how disgusting and stale they are. They have to feel how nasty they are when they're picking them up to put them in the bag and they STILL sell them like that WITHOUT A SECOND THOUGHT. I've worked with food and NEVER would I pick up a stale loaf of bread FEEL THAT ITS HARD AS A ROCK and sell it to somebody. I know y'all don't wear oven mitts when you're picking up donuts to put them in the bag. So what's the excuse for selling donuts that could...
