When we arrived, we couldn't find the handicapped accessible ramp to get on the sidewalk. We figured it out. It is at the other end of the entire walkway, but the ramp was cluttered with chairs and tables from Paperback Cafe, and all the other businesses had tables all the way to the restaurant. Totally blocking the sidewalk. A man from Fiore had to come out in the rain to start moving all the tables so we could actually get into a restaurant. When we finally did get in the evening, it was wonderful. The food was delicious. The chef even came out, so I could ask to tweak a dish because of allergies. The waitress was hospitable, and everything came out perfectly. Always delicious. The garlic knots are the beginning, and everything has fresh ingredients. Once Again Paperback Cafe has cluttered up the handicap accessible ramp with table and chairs. Couldn't even get to the restaurant. Utterly disappointed ☹️ We shouldn't have to ask for an entire sidewalk of chairs and tables to be moved just so we can eat here. Called Paperback and the manager, or maybe the owner told me after telling him my dilemma, Have Fiore build their own ramp! Smh....
Read moreHORRIBLE.... My food was delivered cold and then delivered wrong!!!! the manager "Al" told me he would "take care of me" the next time. I repeated that to the girl who answered the phone and was told "OK!" but later received a call from "Al" claiming that I used the first "freebee" and offered me my order at half price. When I inquired about the first complaint and alleged "freebee'" the manager/owner, "Al', called me a liar. The fact of the matter is when I did order after Fiore's first mistake the manager, who I believe was Al, was extremely nasty. He finally calmed down when I said that I wasn't looking for anything for free even though I was owed the replacement for the cold pizza he took my order. These people are CLASS A LOSERS and to top that; there food pretty much SUCKS. Go to Alforno or T.J.'s. Oh, BTW, I told you I'd post this, Al. ....You suck as a RESTAURATEUR AND AS...
Read moreLast night after fishing at the causeway we decided to eat pizza and went to Fiore's. The waitress was horrible. Because we only ordered two large pizzas, from the kitchen a male voice said quite loudly "that's it?" We were very embarrassed. My daughter who is developmentally delayed spilled the coke, the anger on the waitresses face was visible. She seemed very displeased to serve us. She needs training on how to interact with multicultural customers. ONLY good thing about this restaurant was the Spanish speaking girl, who was very friendly and very courteous. She was cleaning the tables and bringing food to the tables. She assured me couple of times that it was okay and she'll clean up the mess my daughter made. I didn't take her name but she is a gem of person. Pizza was very good. However, I'll think twice before I set foot on...
