After an exhausting day wandering through the labrynth like maze of passages of the VA Med center 🏨 Memphis TN and then bebopping the aisles of Walmart 🏪🏬🛍️ Supercenter Olive Branch myself and the lovely ♀️👒👧💃spouse of yours truly we're ready to inflict some serious grub consumption on some unsuspecting restaurant . Well I proceeded to get us lost in the residential avenues & boulevards of the Chamber of commerce lovely town 🌇Olive Branch , MS. 38654 . Just when we we're ready to beseech the Sweet JESUS to come rescue us from Suburbia we stumbled upon an oasis known to the denizens of Olive Branch as the Rancho Grande Mexican Restaurante !! PRAISE JESUS !! Our server for the night, Eliza I think was her name, sat us down and took our drink order (Mountain dew for me and coffee for Miss Pauline ). We soon arrived at an accord as to what to get. Pauline as is usually her won't opted with the ground beef Taco Salad sans refried beans. I went with my ol' standby Chimichanga . A chopped steak chimi with sides of Mexican Rice and Refried beans. Soon enough they were delivered to our table with our server dutifully warning us that the platters we're very hot. Pauline's Taco Salad looked perfect and she heartily enjoyed it . My chopped steak chimi was twice the size of what I have grown accustomed to being served in Ripley's fine Mexican culinary establishments. It was was slathered with Queso Blanco and was scrumptious as were the accompanying sides !! 👍🍽️😋👏 The muy bueno !! My chimi reminded me of a Philly Cheese steak in the guise of a burrito. For me the food was 5 ⭐. Good job...
Read moreI was working in this restaurant for 2 weeks part time, I did the best, gave GREAT customer service, helped out in everything I could, even the day my grandmother passed away ( I was working ) also on fast environment. The owner ABRAHAM on a Saturday ( I was the first one to arrive early in the restaurant of the waitress). He was upset and started yelling at me from the night before because I cleaned & left early, also had an agreement with another coworker that she will clean if anything was needed. He started raising his voice and I don’t like to be disrespectful. He just told me “you can leave” and kicked me out of the restaurant on a rainy day, and was waiting for my ride outside. ( the only day my husband took my car for an oil change ) VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, THEY TREAT THEIR WORKERS LIKE SLAVES AND DON’T EVEN APPRECIATE THEM OR PAY HOURLY. WRONG TERMINATION, I DO NOT recommend this restaurant. After all I own my two businesses and was just working here for extra income on weekends, when I’m not busy. I will never treat...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of trying fajita tacos with a side of rice and beans, and it was a delightful experience. I didn't have the pleasure of staying and dining there. The fajita tacos were packed with flavor, featuring perfectly seasoned and grilled strips of beef, complemented by the cilantro and onions. The salsa was absolutely delicious, not to spicy but had a great flavor to it. The tortillas were soft and warm, providing the perfect vessel for the savory filling.
The side of rice and beans was a great addition to the meal. The rice was fluffy and well-cooked, infused with subtle spices that paired nicely with the tacos. The beans were hearty and rich, adding a comforting element to the dish. Together, the rice and beans balanced the bold flavors of the fajitas, making for a satisfying and well-rounded meal.
Overall, this combination of fajita tacos with rice and beans is a must-try for anyone looking for a delicious and fulfilling meal. The flavors and textures work harmoniously, leaving you craving more...
