Honestly, one of the worst restaurant experiences I've had recently.
I ordered and requested no pork in my food, when I got the food, there was clearly ham in the sandwhich. When I asked about it, the chef lied and said "Theres no pork in the building" (despite the fact you can order bacon for the fries). Since there was obviously a second meat in the sandwich, I asked "Whats this pink meat then?" and he told me it was salami...which is pork.
Not only that, I ordered cajun fries (which comes with blue cheese dip) and they gave me plain fries. When I showed them the obviously plain fries, they told me they didnt make a mistake "but we can put more" as if I was being extra and not that it was clear they forgot add seasoning. They even forgot to give me the blue cheese dip and when I asked for it I had to show them on the menu to even get it!
Finally, the thing that made me most angry is, on my bill, there was a "Checkout fee". They charged me money so they can charge me money. How are you charging me a fee to pay for the food i'm already paying for. They even asked for a tip!
It was outrageous, and the meal for 2 was not worth 36$. I could have gone to any sit down restaurant, got better food, service, AND paid less.
I try not to do negative reviews, but the outrageous lying to my face twice really made me upset. Not only that, if you have dietary restrictions, eating here is a risk because they don't even know what's in their own food or on their menu, and are willing to say anything so you just accept what they give you, even if its wrong.
I would not recommend the restaurant, and definitely won't be visiting a...
Read moreHow do you lose customers? By refusing to make amends when you you don't have what you are supposed to have. Customer comes in at 8pm, I know you close at 9, and yes, it is possible that you are out of the large sandwich breads an hour before closing, but the customer nicely asked if you would make him two small ones for the price of the large. You say "no, that's not how it works", then explains that a large would be about 1 1/2 small ones. So, customer ask nicely if he could have 1 1/2 small for the price of a large, but no you declined again. So, you take a chance of do ng no business instead of making a customer happy? What are you doing with the leftover small sandwich bread? You do not serve that the next day, do you? So, you rather throw it away than making amends for a customer? I am certainly not coming back to give you my hard earned money, and stories like that used to make the round pretty quick in a small...
Read moreMy lovely wife had chosen this place and now realizes that she’s no good at it. We spent 60 for 2 people to eat and it was not worth writing about but here I am. Our first order was not as requested or they just couldn’t hear I’m still unsure here what happened so I placed another order and got it to go once again that order was incorrect so it seems to be a communication issue. I believe it was 6$ for onion rings and I got a total of 5 way over priced and under cooked. For the order to go we wanted spicy Italian but noticed when we got home it was spicy steak and cheese this was totally disgusting it looks like alpo out of a can. My dog is eagerly awaiting me to give it to him but I’m sure you’ve heard the saying it was so bad I wouldn’t feed it to my dog and that’s the case here. Please be aware of the tipping when using your card as it does not get printed on the receipt. Would I go back absolutely not….....
