Chilly Willy's Ice Creams & Grill — Restaurant in Olney

Extremely disappointed. Proper training on how to deal with customers that are unsatisfied is needed. I called due to getting cheese fries that were not the normal fries. They replaced them with seasoned fries without even asking. Certain groups of individuals like autistic, adhd, even ocd have a routine a structure when it comes to food they eat. When I called to express this I was given attitude by the person that said they were the manager. Which also refused to give me their name after saying I would just reach out to the owners to inform them of how they handled a customers complaint. I was told they were not going to replace my order and I'm the only one to complain. After 6 minutes of complete shock she finally agreed to giving me a replacement order when the correct fries were in. Which she then said were there I probably got the last order. For spending 15 on 2 small shakes and a cheese fry I expect my order to be correct. If they are substituting they need to let the customers know and not make them feel like they are the inconvenience for asking for the correct item. Extremely disappointing. Alright, so in this tiny town you wouldnt think there would be much to do but my boyfriend recently moved here so we have been exploring what this tiny section of cornfield has to offer!

I thoroughly enjoy being the spoiling-the-babies auntie so I promised the niece and nephew that after a long day of moving boxes, going to several different stores (dollar tree FTW), putting up groceries, and all of the other mundane adult responsibilities were done we would go get some ice cream. The time finally came to go get ice cream and I was not prepared for all of the choices. We all rather hurriedly picked something because with the expansive menu if you take the time to read it all you'll be there for a while... doesnt really work too well with the kids waiting. I got a Sundae called a Mr (Something, I can't remember. I'm sorry!) And it was supposed to be a small. Wow, it was huge. Good thing I didn't get a large. It had peanut butter sauce, bananas, and nutter butter cookies and it was good. I was so pumped for it and it didnt disappoint. Went to pick up our take out order that the extremely rude young lady told Us would be done in 10 min, Go to pick up food, the girl ask for my card like the food was ready, handed over my debit card which she happily ran then asked Us to pull up as our food wasn't ready, we sat for 15min extra when we finally had enough, asked for our money back (by the way 2 hot dogs and fries were still not ready) she told me she could reverse it but it would be a couple days, the food items we order did not come to 29.00, even with tax it should have been cheaper, anyway so now I have no food and am out $30 on my debit card, by the way the staff there are super snotty, every time they tried to come up with a new excuse they slammed the window door shut on Us 3 different times so they could figure out their next move, none that were any good.
