What happened?? How do you have over 300 good reviews after what I received today. I received mozzarella sticks with no sauce, the cheese inside wasn't even melted(aka the cheese was still square shaped and showed no sign it had been melted), the mac and cheese was just a 3/4ths full of cheese with like 10 little noodles in it... what really gets me with this is the mac and cheese was $2, that would pay for about 50 servings at the size you provided(an 89 cent bag of noodles, and part of a block of 4$ Velveeta cheese). The pulled pork sandwich was a drowning in bbq. I couldn't even taste the pork. the little pork i did taste didn't taste like it was BBQ'd at all, it tasted like it was cooked in a crock pot. The bun provided was for a big sandwich, not this child's meal of a sandwich. this was not worth $20, or even $10. I honestly wouldn't even serve this to my family. How do you improve the quality of food AND save money?? You just need to care a more. Actually smoke the pork with apple wood. Provide a small cup of home made bbq to compliment the pork. toast the damn bun. You could even take it a step further and reach out to any of the bakery's(NOT hyvee bakery. a real local bakery...) in Omaha and ask them to make you sweet rolls(go with a mild bbq if you're doing this, gotta balance the flavors), and just pick them up every morning. Fry the mozzarella sticks for longer at a slightly lower temperature until the cheese to full melted. for the love of god provide some kind of sauce to go with the mozzarella sticks. make about 2 or 3X more noodles to accompany the amount of sauce you're just throwing away, or rather I'm throwing away... Take this approach of caring and apply it to the rest of your menu. Add smoked brisket, and then you can charge these prices if not more without people feeling like they're being robbed. You can...
Read moreI've been living in Omaha all my life an have been to Bills at least a hundred times since the mid 1980ies the food was always very good except for the last few years a friend of mine n I went to Bills today he ordered ribs fry's n shrimp I ordered an all time favorite gizzards no real shock the price was double from the previous years but the food wasn't even eatible I waited in a non busy front entrance for over 30 minutes for 8 minute gizzards when I got them they way terribly over cooked they looked very very dark brown almost black very tough hard to chew very salty n over all just nasty as hell I have a degree in Food Service Technology n have cooked for many years I called my buddy after he dropped me off n asked how his food was n he was outraged only getting a part of his order after waiting 45 minutes for a 15 minute order!! We had to go back as the order wasn't properly filled and after getting back n complaining our orders was again confused with very little people placing orders I could sit n bash these morons all day they have zero credibility n the food was just horrible not even worth eating I told my buddy let's just get a refund n leave but the staff refused wanting to remake the garbage we had already experienced!! I was door dashing & the guy made eye contact with a couple times, walking about being the counter & where ever... it took @LEAST 5 mins to even address me, then 15 more for food. I asked upon receiving the order "is everything 4sure in here?" He said "ya". Before leaving parking lot, I accepted a 2nd dash order, same pick up.
