Burger King — Restaurant in Omaha

If I could, I would rate this place zero stars. The WORST customer service experience I have had in quite some time. I ate there regularly, and one day they messed up my order so bad that my entire meal was completely inedible. I called a manager, and was promised I could come in and talk to management for compensation. I get there, and while I wait for 20 minutes, I get to watch the "on duty manager" show up from nowhere, and treat the customer like complete trash. We both waited there for quite some time, at which point she finally comes out and begrudgingly helps him. I then waited for YET ANOTHER period of time, only to be told that since their manager isn't answering the phone, that she refuses to anything because its not HER responsibility. I will NEVER be returning to this location, and have nothing but contempt for the pathetic customer service they offer. DO...

I love Burger 🍔 King 🤴! This one seems like the food was fresh & well made. I feel like I'm a qualified critique because I've worked for Burger King three separate times throughout my life .

I feel compassion for the workers these days because since COVID, each establishment just seems understaffed. However, this location wasn't that bad. It definitely wasn't perfect, but much better than most locations around town. I would stay away from the drive thrus at any restaurant unless you already have had good experiences in that establishment in the past. I went inside because I'm OCD about how I eat my food. Lol 😆

I recommend the same, just to avoid having to dig through a bag to check your order. Just a suggestion.

I would give zero stars if it was an option, I asked for my food to be made fresh and the person on the drive thru microphone, said that all their food is made fresh. well I get it home and my babies chicken nuggets are harder than a rock. I literally could throw them at you and you'd get knocked out. I called the manager to complain, and he took NO pride in his job and lied to me saying there is no way that could happen. but offered to replace my 1 dollar chicken nuggets. it's late, im not wasting my gas. I think that this store manager should be more responsible and check food orders before they are sent out. You should be ashamed...
