I ordered Mother’s Day lunch online for pick up at 12:50. I spent almost $40. I showed up at 12:55 and it was not ready. I stood by the online order takeout and was rudely asked. What do you need? And I said I have an order for Kim and she said yeah it’s over there. It’s not started yet. I’ll start it in a minute. She and the other clerk then continued to take orders of people walking in through the door instead of filling my order. I finally walked out of there at 1:20 when my order was rudely placed on the counter saying here you go. There was no apology that it was 30 minutes late. There was no apology that I had to wait. And then my husband‘s sandwich had hardly any meat on it. It was very disappointing and it ruined the entire Mother’s Day and the employee was so very rude. I came in and the employee told me the store was closed due to "contamination" not even exaggerating, everyone laughed (the customer before me and all the employees in the store) and it went right over my head due to the fact that I'm on the spectrum and can't process things right away. I knew something was off though and relayed it back to someone and can now see it was a joke on me. I get people have different types of humor but I was just trying to buy a sandwich and was very uncomfortable while I was there. The other guy employee may as well have thrown the bag at me after I paid. Mask mandate may be lifted but people have the right to still wear one if they want and feel it's best for their health. My co-worker and I ordered our lunch from here, when we picked it up and went to eat it, none of the extras we ordered on our sandwiches were put on it plus my bacon was raw, but yet we were charged for them. So of course we call Subway, and the first person we talked to, all she could say when we told her what the issue was is huh. So I asked for the manager, boy what a manager, explained to her what the problem was, and she just wanted to argue with us. She said she made the sandwiches herself and that she did put the extras on them, I said umm if you put them on there then I wouldn't be call you. And still she just wanted to argue, so I simply told her it was fine I would just call corporate. Let me tell you, what horrible customer service especially from the Manager of the store.
