What I Ordered: 1 Big Fish combo. 1 Big fish sandwich Missing 2nd sandwich. I tried calling, but their phone didn't work and according to another Burger King in South Omaha it hasn't worked in a long while. So I drove back there with food & drink untouched. The manager who took the order, she proceeds to tell me it's all there. Upon opening the sandwich..wait for it....
What the Mgr "heard" and I Received: 1 Big Fish combo with TWO fish patties in the bun. Who would order such a sandwich? I've never heard of it , but to each his own. That's not me and neither is being a customer at this Burger King ever again. After giving them 3 tries today , yes 3 Im done. I received a refund after some pushback. I left the untouched food and drink on the counter. If you notice your burgers from this location doesn't have grill marks it's because I believe they take the frozen patties and throw them in the microwave. Anyone who's ever worked at or eaten at Burger King knows burgers are to be passed through the broiler. Put in the steamer or made to order. In a rush during lunch we often don't check our receipts or food. Lesson learned. By the time this posts the phone may be working and there may be grill marks on those burgers as I have done my due diligence. I hope some of you find the two fish Patty tales/tails funny. Read moreIf I could give this place negative stars - I ABSOLUTELY would. I have lived on 24th for 2 years now. I have never ONCE gotten my order right. Every time I go I have to check and make sure i have everything and it is right - it NEVER is. A lot of times i just do not care and drive away not wasting my breath. Even my boyfriend and his coworkers who work on 24th get every single order wrong. They have gone and complained and the manager gives some stupid excuse. Only one employee in the drive thru has been lovely but she still has messed up all the time. There are some that just give you a blank stare when you say it is wrong. One has ZERO customer experience. Does not even say anythign when she gives away the food. Like i get it - i worked fast food. It sucks but at the end of the day it is YOUR job. How you make money. Do it right. PAY ATTENTION. Saturday was my boyfriend and I's last straw. Charged us for our orders and gave us half of the order. Thats absolute BS. Will be calling...

I went back like a sucker and they finally fixed the menu board (I had to call the franchise corporates and upidy ups who finally got me to the tech department czar who told me he would be in charge of the menu boards now that they were digital.
Dose this means for over a year their GM has been lying to get his/her bonus and has NOT done any store maintenance....for a year?
I didn't get a response from the tech Guru czar but I kinda took his silence...
