El Ranchito — Restaurant in Omaha

It was ok . I had got enchiladas but did not like the cheese they used so I told waitress and she took the plate. I asker for tacos instead. But when it was time to pay they charged me for the enchiladas plate and I denied to pay.. Not gonna pay for something that I did not like. Waitress was like your gonna pay because nothing was wrong with it. I said I'm not gonna pay for something I'm not gonna enjoy. She replied nothing was wrong with them so your gonna pay. If I could leave a lower review I would. This Place up charged me $40 hoping i wouldn’t notice which is exactly what happen. So I called down to see how we could resolve this and was greeted with the outmost disrespect. Told me I was not able to talk to any one in management and when I finally got them to agree to transfer me to someone that was in management and they hung up. I called back of course upset again and they acted like they had no idea. Horrible staff and horrible place. El Ranchito is by far the BEST authentic Mexican restaurant around! The food & service is fantastic and always consistent! This would be why they have been in business 25+ years!
