I am a frequent visitor of Casey's, as a delivery driver I am all over town. I stopped in today to fill my water bottle and purchase a slice of pizza and some other items. I asked the manager and another employee coming out of the office. I asked if I could get water since there wasn't a sink or tap at the fountain. I was abruptly told NO ! , I must purchase bottled water. I won't even mention other instances of extremely poor customer service I have had at this store or that it is probably the dirtiest store I visit. Needless to say I will not be using that store for anything more than a restroom break. I would rather spend more at QT, or another store if one is not close enough then give that store another dime of my money. Later that day I visited another Casey's and was extremely happy with their service. From talking to the manager at that store it is my understanding that the manager at the Hillsdale store is new. My comment to her was he should be fired...
Read more2nd Casey’s within a mile that doesn’t have the brisket pizza out. Nothing but old breakfast pizza. The place smells like dirty laundry. Some lady with a disgusting, dirty uniform on answered “well the trucks not here. I don’t even have buns for burgers right now” when I asked where the pizza is.
