Been going there for many years and I can honestly say that this is the worst I've ever seen it. Granted, it had been awhile since Id gone there, but jeeze. The owner is rude and honestly does not care. It must be under new ownership. I tried to order online and couldn't. It said to call in an order. So I did. They said it would be ready in 10 minutes. It wasn't ready when I got there, which was about 30 minutes later. Not only that, but they had the order wrong. Found out it was the owner that was at the register. I asked why it wasn't ready when I called it in and gave ample time. He (the owner) shrugged his shoulders and said, "Oh well!" That's all he said. I sat down and waited. While waiting, I decided to google the reviews of this place because I had a feeling they wouldn't be good. When my pizzas were ready, I decided to ask him (the owner) what happened to that place. I told him the Google reviews were not good and it used to be a great place. I let him know I wasn't happy about the wait, especially since I had called it in way before arriving. He was not happy! I wasn't mean about it, I was letting him know and being honest. He used his fingers to show me to the door and said, "Go. You got your pizzas now, go!" Like seriously....not a good place anymore.    Read moreI just wanted to make sure all the kids that were working in this store this evening knew, they did a FANTASTIC job dealing with rude, impatient people. I understand the wait was abnormaly long. Unfortunately, these things happen from time to time. Speaking from food service experience, I want each and everyone of you to keep your heads up. I know it's not easy dealing with impatient people in a "I want it now!," world. I'm appalled that ADULTS can't wait on pizza when out there tonight some child won't even get a meal!
Corporate, if you see this, don't set these kids up for failure. You can't tell people "Hot and Ready now" when your ovens clearly couldn't handle this one-off busy night. This was the week school started for most of the area, Friday night. Of course everyone is ordering pizza. Please use this as a learning experience and maybe have a clearer wait time on your app so people understand the long wait times.    Read moreBeen using this as our go to pizza stop for the last 5+ years. The last 4 to 5 orders we purchased have been made incorrectly when ordering online. The last 2 times I went inside to discuss the incorrect order there was a horrible attitude in return. Today I decided to bypass the online ordering and walked I to place an order. I was immediately met with an attitude as if me wanting to order in the store was somehow offending the kid at the register. He walked away to let his mgr know I was placing an order in the store and I could hear the irritation in the mgrs voice and heard him say it would take a minimum of 20 min. To which I replied, i understand and will return in 20 min to pick it up. Upon returning to pick up my order i was met once again with a snarky attitude.
