In the last week, from 3 different people I know, they all have gotten food poisoning hours after eating at this new location! At our visit, this location was completely out of haft their menu, (cheese curds, Mac bits, fried pickles, meat patties for burgers) so we were resorted to only getting the wings, which at the time was fine because that's what Tracks is known for. My mom ordered Parm garlic wings, charbuffed. These wings came out looking horrible! No char. They were massively undercooked and cold in the center. The sause itself was also cold and think. She had 2 wings and couldnt stomach anymore. You would think the waitress would notice that she didnt touch her wings and ask "how's was dinner" NOPE nothing. I told my coworkers about our experience and shockingly I was told the exact same story about their visit. Undercooked and raw wings. So much so, that my coworker had to leave work (we work in an ER btw) because of her food poisoning. Idk if this is because its a new location, but the reputation of this establishment is going down hill with the...
Read moreIt was packed for a Wednesday night after work. Had to drive around a couple times to find a place to park. Grabbed the last available table. The centerpiece of the place is the huge bar, many TVs and a horse racing mural. It is very loud, but people seemed to be having a good time. The table next to us was scream laughing. We started off with the cheese curds hot from the fryer. The batter is thick almost like a corn dog and filled with warm gooey cheese. Next the boneless wings with the Guinness barbecue glaze. Real chicken not formed chicken mousse, with an amazing house made glaze. The sauce makes them special. We had heard so much about the fried chicken we had to try it. (Smallest order is four pieces so we have leftovers.) Crispy and juicy, it's good chicken. The side salad was fresh and plentiful. The food is better than typical bar food. The server had trouble keeping our glasses filled, and it was pricey for what we ordered. I'm glad we tried it, but if it was this crowded on a Wednesday I can only imagine what the...
Read moreAs a South Omaha kid (born and raised) … and now a Southwest Omaha adult… (LOL) and forever lover of the OG Tracks Lounge… we were so excited that they decided to bring the 2nd location right down the road from us. We had about 20 of our closest friends out for my husbands birthday, last night… and WOW!!! The new location is modern, bright and beautiful! The service was beyond excellent and the food… just as amazing as always! They have out done themselves, for sure! They are busy (Which I am so happy to see) But be patient, there was just a 5-10 min wait for folks coming in. Talking to the manager (who is also amazing) They are waiting on their permanent tables and chairs (that will add about 7 more tables) and some more outside furniture. They are waiting to roll out online orders and take out until they fully open and settle in (to ensure they are good to the kitchen and establishment) which I really appreciate! We were a large group and they were so good to us!!! Thank you and welcome to the neighborhood!!! Hope we do...
