Just had one of the oddest, most frustrating - and ultimately, very disappointing - drive-thru experiences in recent memory... I wasn't even given half a minute to decide my order when I got to the menu board of the drive-thru (even though their was plenty of people in front of me waiting to get to the first window)...and then I wasn't given the chance to finish explaining or even add to either of my orders before they were subtotaled out and I could no longer see options on the menu or what I had ordered... I mean I know there's a need to hurry once you receive an order (I used to work at McDonald's), but I've never been rushed this much (at any drive-thru of any fast food place...ever)...especially before I hardly even begun ordering. And I would've gotten more food if I was only given a moment to decide...but I wasn't even given a chance to explain how I wanted my first order, let alone see it on the board to realized it was wrong...which ultimately led to delays at both drive-thru windows (defeating the purpose of being rushed)...because then I had to explain what I actually wanted and then had to wait for them to make it again and get it out to me... So frustrating... I'm just tired of being constantly disappointed with most McDonald's...
Read moreGot the 20piece chicken nuggets and a large fry as im pulling up to the first window the manager comes next to my passenger back side and yells over my car about forgetting his briefcase. I didn’t get a chance to give him my code for the discount on my app and I just gave him a 20 and the 22 cents. When I got to the second window and remembered I told them, they came back to say their suggesting I come in because I’m holding up the line. Mind u I have two infants under the age of 2 and my nine year old in the car reason for going threw the drive thru then I’m like just take the food and give me my money back so my kids are screaming freaking out so she says can u pull up like so inconsiderate and rude. They heard my kids freaking out and had zero curtesy. Who tells a customer their holding up the line. Then the nuggets are over cooked and some of them were hard and same issue with the fries. Their always so unprofessional and rude and I think today was my last day dealing with them. I decided instead of torturing my kids to leave it be. I would not recommend their food or their service I would recommend Burger King their deals on their app are...
Read moreWhat a mess of an establishment. I've gone a few times, which was a few times too many apparently, given the despicable service I've had. Long wait times, consistently inconsistent food quality, and employees who clearly don't care to help you if needed. I've been in fast food for some time and I understand the kind of mental toll it can take on you, but you can't screw the customer just to save some trouble. The worst I had it was when I ordered a relatively large breakfast through the app. I realized immediately something was off given I only got one half filled bag. Turns out, because I was admittedly towards the end of breakfast, around 10:50, they couldn't do the four sandwiches and thus, just gave me the one and half items they could. I can excuse it if it wasn't for the complete lack of transparency, as well as not even taking them off the purchase. They simply turned me away to refund online, which I promptly did.
You might as well hit the Casey's down the street, at least their warm food is decent, and you won't deal with such contempt and incompetency like...
