Starbucks — Restaurant in Omaha

I usually never have a problem here, the vibe is great, everyone is friendly and it has a great atmosphere. The individual with the pink hair is my favorite person!

Today like any normal day, I went to grab a coffee and breakfast. I went in and ordered two items. During the time I was waiting at least ten costumers came in and walked out with their order. By this time twenty minutes had passes and I was officially running late for work. Yes, they were busy, but at this point I thought maybe I should speak up. I told someone at the desk that I was still waiting on my orders. They replied with 'we're working on it' I pointed out it's been there several costumers that already came it and left after I ordered.

The individual with the mole on her forehead (not trying to jab at looks, just describing her) butted in and shouted, 'She said they're making they're working on it' I said okay and she continued to shout at me. I walked away and she just rolled her eyes at me. I waiting for another fifteen minutes. I finally got my things and left. I was late for work for the first time in 15 years.

I never showed any aggression or negative behavior. So I don't know why that woman had to shout at me the way she did. I could've just walked out, but that would've been $20...

This is the only Starbucks where people has been very rude , like literally. I have been client of Starbucks for ever and they had never treated me like this, I ask the lady if she could make my 5 frappes thick and she rudely ask me what did i meant i said not too watery and she responded to me , that they are made with ice and liquid so thts how they are , she was very rude on the way she answered. After tht she only gave me 4 and I ask her for the other one and she said u only order tht . And i asked her if she could add the other one and she said well go back around. Like what the hell idk if she is racist or she just don’t like her job, but I think this is not how u treat clients .
