Terrible. Car in front of me at the drive thru waited 20+ minutes to order and never got to order.....they drove off. At that point idk what's happening I pull up, got greeted with thank you I'll be with you shortly and 20+ min later after saying hello hello.....got go ahead with your order.....mean while no cars are even ahead of me... So pulled around and waited an additional 10 to 15 min. To get my order wrong and have to wait another 5 min for the guy to come back to the window and realize the same people are here. Didn't give me my drinks for any of the 3 combos ordered. And 2 of the combos were wrong. Got fries instead of mashed potatoes and Cole slaw on both. They did correct it after the hour I was there. You could obviously see they were distracted by what ever amongst each other they were talking and laughing so much it seemed like a party I wasn't invited to and by pulling up to the drive thru I was bothering them. They were so distracted that the guy working drive thru gave me my wrong food with out any drinks and I had to tell him that I didn't pay yet.. and order is wrong. Guys like omg I forgot you didn't pay they would of been mad! Lol okay. Had to ask for my drinks and ask for my mashed potatoes and Cole slaw and ask you to take my money....rediculous! And 3+ people drove off from waiting behind me. These Jack bags are costing your company money. The worst experience I've ever had in my life going to any restaurant and I don't expect much from a fast food joint but my God!! Who is in charge of this business?? Need to seriously look into...
Read moreAt approximately 3:05 pm today, I placed an order for three wings, a fry, and a drink. I was informed by the employee, Tammy 70043, that the order would take 15-20 minutes and I would need to pull around to the front of the building for curbside pickup. After expressing my gratitude, I made the payment and proceeded to the front of the establishment to await my order. Despite 30 minutes passing and several other customers receiving their orders, my order had not yet been delivered. When I inquired with Tammy about the delay, she assured me that my order would be forthcoming. Subsequently, after approximately ten more minutes and the service of two additional customers, Tammy approached my vehicle and requested my order again, assuring me that it would be promptly fulfilled.
Following another ten-minute delay, I entered the establishment and requested a refund due to the extended wait time. Unfortunately, it took an additional seven minutes to process the refund. I found this entire experience to be disappointing and unacceptable. Furthermore, I was taken aback by the lack of adherence to proper food handling protocols, such as the absence of a hair net.

Read moreI went there and as I pulled up the female manager was outside in the side of the building smoking a cigarette with an employee. Went inside and there was a short line. The manager and employee finally came back in, mind you, this manager I’ve witnessed on numerous occasions be rude with very little customer service experience, and the employee went to wash her hands and the manager just started fixing orders. I asked her was she gonna wash her hands and she got upset, never washing them while I was there. I did not allow her to fix my order and NEVER returned to this location again. I lived right down the corner. UPDATE: Went back 4/8/2023, went in and the young lady in drive thru was swamped. I waited a good 8 minutes and finally she said, the front counter person was outside smoking so I know she had to see me come in. I then went to the door and asked her was she working.
