I got combination fried rice and it has 0 flavor. Not worth it. Itās bland and the rice donāt seem like itās the best qualityā¦
Update: I called them they told me to bring my food back to determine what the outcome would be. I returned the food back and he begun picking through the food to see what I ate out of the combination rice he noticed that I ate most of the shrimp, which was true because that was the only Decent taste thing even though it still didnāt have flavor I like seafood so overall the food was gross He called his manager to see what he could do and they only offered me a five dollar refund with my meal cost $12 and some change he had to tell the cook multiple times to make my new meal which I chose sesame chicken. It took about 10 to 15 minutes because they didnāt make it a priority to make my food. They were very unprofessional swearing at each other, saying the B word and talking mess. They were side, eyeing me and Laughing at me after I got my food back, they put it in the same bag that I had the first time and didnāt give me soy sauce or fortune cookie. I noticed that I was not given a fork so I went back in to get a fork. The lady went to the back to get a fork when the forks are in the front where they packed the food at I knew something was off because they were looking at me and smirky and laughing so when I got in the car, I looked at my fork and it was wet as if somebody licked or sucked on it before they gave it to me so I will not be coming back here. Theyāre very unprofessional. The food is gross and they really donāt care for their customers. I...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreRestaurant looked like it was boarded up and closed, staff only spoke English enough to insult my daughter, food is drastically overpriced ($4 to add green onion on an entree?! GREEN ONION!), fried rice looked like they ran out of soy sauce, somehow most of the sauce from garlic chicken was in the bag and there was still too much garlic (for a reference of this, my daughter has been known to eat a spoonful of garlic-- "too much garlic" is not a phrase she utters often).
Chicken was overcooked, vegetables were both overcooked and undercooked (IN THE SAME DISH SOMEHOW), fried rice was nearly indistinguishable from white rice (which was undercooked-- HOW DOES A CHINESE RESTAURANT SCREW UP RICE?!)
The fried rice contained beef that looked like someone had boiled it before they fried it-- that sickly grey color you get when beef's about to go off? that, but add "looks boiled".
On top of that, the online ordering system cannot accept payments (probably should've been my first clue not to get food here) and the food wasn't ready by the time the ordering system said-- this is very unprofessional.
Add the price ($80 for 3 adults and a toddler!) and this place has earned the "wish I could give it 0 stars" award. Skip this place and go to either Asian Wok or House of Lee, or literally anywhere else including an...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis used to be our go to Chinese restaurant and we would eat there often. Trying to eat healthier, we hadn't been there in a few years. It has changed ownership. The food is still good, except they changed the eggrolls. They used to have these big overstuffed eggrolls that were the best. The ones now seem like the frozen ones. The customer service is a problem though. I ordered beef lo mein. They must have misunderstood because they gave me chicken lo mein. I called and told them about the mistake and instead of just telling me bring it back and they'll make it right they told me that they only charged me for chicken and it would be $1.50 more if I brought it back. I would have brought it back if they would have just give me the correct order. But they decided to make it a big deal that I pay them the extra $1.50 for beef with complete disregard for my inconvenience. I understand people try to get things for free but I would not pick up food get all the way home and have to go back just to save a $1.50. I hope the $1.50 was worth...
