Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Omaha

I love scooters & support various locations on a very regular basis, but was super disappointed when I went to go through the drive through last night at this location on 144th and was told by the girl working that they were closing and she couldn’t make my drink. It was 7:54pm. I completely understand business hours, but if you’re open until 8pm and it takes 2-3 minutes to make a coffee, I’m not sure why this is a problem. I have run through before with only minutes to spare before closing at other locations and have never been turned away. I had worked a 12 hour shift and just wanted a coffee to help get me through the evening to pack for a trip. Definitely won’t be returning to this...

Always fast and friendly service. Such easy access with both sides of the drive throughs always open and available. The baristas are pleasant and make delicious drinks, hot or cold. They have a nice selection of side treats. I love the breakfast burritos . It's my favorite location to visit. They have never been out of their side order menu selections. The mini donuts are delicious. Don't forget that you can always have them add an extra shift or two if you need that extra kick ! I also prefer my hot coffee with whipped cream on top, and they are happy to provide that for me with a smile. They are also open really early for my pre work drive....

I went threw the drive thru, the guy in front of me went to pay for his order, the lady told him that the car before him paid for his order, so he hands her $20 and said I'll keep it going and pay for the car behind me(which would have been me) when I got to the window, she charged me full price for my drinks. I was fully ready to keep this trend going and keep the good deed up. I am greatly disappointed in the staff, I dont want any free drinks or coupons, what I would like is for you to view the camras if possible and watch as this unfolds because the character she displays should not be what you want representing your...
