Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Omaha

I went to the Sonic on North 30th Street in Omaha Nebraska and was very very disappointed will probably not come back I go through I they've got a iced coffee for a dollar 49 the drive-thru window says or sign but yet they end up because I ordered a small they ended up charging me a dollar 99 cuz I guess only the large ones are on sale for a dollar 49 you would think wanting to be provide customer service great quality that they would let you know oh by the way man I'm just to let you know you can get a large one for a dollar 49 that we have on sale at this time did they suggest that to me no they did not they should have also suggested for your money you could get a meal versus just the sandwich alone and you would get such and such extra as an item and by combining it as a mill you would save money did they suggest that as well no they most certainly did not then I go and I go to pay and the lady keeps I gave her $7 and she keeps so needless to say I had to go and get my money back that she did not give me and then I ordered a bacon egg and cheese toaster and you would think the name toastery would imply toast no hopefully I can download a picture on this because I am not happy at all and the manager on duty is not very approachable very rude yeah I will not go...

I do not recommend this place first of all service is horrible it took 20 minutes to move an inch thru the drive thru.. when I finally got to my milkshakes they were actually milk they were not ice cream at all ..then there was a hair in them and they were trying to give me the wrong ones plus they did not even give me any straws. so I had to stop at a gas station to grab some for the ones that didn't have any hair in it .. cuz the lady working there was very rude slammed the drive thru window door on me when I asked her what was taking so long.. cars behind me we're leaving because they were taking so long there wasn't even any people around maybe three customers that was all... I called to try to talk to the manager no answer three times so I called corporate they didn't do nothing either told me I had to call through the app and I know they're not going to answer .. it's all these young kids they're hiring that don't do their job rather be on their phone or eating the food they got there I saw her eating a milkshake from my car through the drive-thru window when she should have been making my shake so sad with this...

I went there this morning 2.3.2021 before work and I believe her name was Stevie. She said she was the manager. She got the order wrong and when I asked for the orange juice she insisted that I never asked for orange juice and was extremely RUDE! I said okay, can I please have some orange juice for the two orders. She sighed and said "YOU SHOULD HAVE KNOWN THERE WAS NO ORANGE JUICE ON THERE WHEN YOUR ORDER WAS ONLY $8". I ignored it and handed her a $20 to pay for the orange juice. She then said "GREAT - I THOUGHT YOU WOULD HAVE GIVEN ME THE $10 I JUST GAVE YOU BACK SO YOU ARE GOING TO GET ALL $1's BACK BECAUSE THIS IS RIDICULOUS". None of her business but I had given that $10 to my son for his lunch and a $20 is what I had. I asked her her name and she flipped her hat rudely and said, "YEAH I AM THE MANAGER". I work in the area but will NEVER go back there again because of HER. I will also tell all my friends and family to never go there again. I have been there many times usually in the evenings and have NEVER had a bad experience but she...
