KFC — Restaurant in Omaha

What an absolute joke, my husband stopped and spent over $40 at 930 at night to buy the days left overs basically, 1 gravy put in bag sideways disintegrated the bag, absolutly disgusting food, no1 ate. The next night I sent him back, nasty food in hand, I should of went in with him because somehow he came back out, had spent even more money because the manger that night had a problem with the fact that we had a problem and saw absolutly no fault to be had by KFC and she even had the audacity to ask my husband to borrow his phone so she could do some kfc survey from HIS phone giving herself good reviews as if it was him, SAY WHAT? I am speachless, i have been a manager in the restaurant industry for over 20 yrs and can't recall a whole lot of incidents that scream INAPPROPRIATE AND UN PROFESSIONAL any louder. The KFC on 48th & L St. The food service was good. But the establishment was philthy. Every table was dirty. Chairs had food particles all over them. My husband had to request someone clean the tables. She cleaned our table but it was still greasy. The pop station had half filled cups, straw wrappers and soda spills. I understand it was busy but the front counter girl could have taken a quick minute to clean up. Also I thought it was rather embarrassing for this couple. The gentleman paid with his card and the manager loudly announced the card had declined to the man's wife. Soon realized she had the wrong receipt. She apologized but she could have pulled the man to the side and asked to see his receipt rather than let the entire restaurant know his business. I will not be visiting that...

Facility was extremely dirty my son's got limited edition Jordans and his shoes were sliding and sticking to the floor the tables needed to be wiped down the bald headed old man that was working the counter was extremely rude acted as if we interrupted him when there was five other workers the counter in front of the fountain where you get your sodas at was completely filthy and sticky like if you going to have all these people working your place should be smelling like cleaning materials when you walk in and it was disgusting and there was a lady in a guy sitting there talking about customer service and everything so I'm assuming that they were head up managers y'all doing a very bad job at...
