It's labeled 4 times inside this Hyvee grocery Starbucks that you can enter a rewards card or scan your phone to get points. When I asked the assistant manager to put mine in, she replied, "were old school." Okay, but you have an advertisement in four places of your business stating otherwise. Why would you continue to have the signs up for something that doesn't exist, even the next day? If you're not corporation and more franchise, wouldn't you have taken the advertising down the very next day? This does not make sense, don't try and use rewards at this location. Let's not forget the nasty customer service I received from the assistant manager when I did try and ask about the postage they have available. I won't be buying from this...
