This is the Subway closest to my home and we have been visiting this location for years. For the most part, service has been on par with most other Subway shops. That is to say, not great, but fine.
Sadly, the service has deteriorated badly on our last few visits. I order all of the veggies on my sandwich, except for jalapeno peppers. Not only was the sandwich missing several ingredients including pickles, tomatoes, onions, and green peppers, the volume of veggies was skimpy, as if the pandemic has created a shortage, so the restaurant is trying to save money by reducing the volume of veggies offered. Further, though I requested extra vinegar and oil, those ingredients were omitted entirely. With so few ingredients, it was like eating a bread sandwich.
Preparation of sandwiches is clumsy and moves at a snails pace, despite having few customers. Sandwich orders are taken and prepared one at a time, with several interruptions and pauses to prepare one segment of the sandwich, rather than taking the entire order at once. I visit Subway locations all over the country. This is not the standard Subway process.
I decided to give this Subway one more shot before swearing them off for good, and made sure to let the employee know what had happened on our last visit -- too few veggies and some missing entirely, and no oil and vinegar -- thinking that my experience may have been a fluke.
Guess what? It happened again.
There's enough Subways, and deli sandwich shops in general, to accept this kind of neglectful service. I'll find another deli or another Subway location. I can only hope this isn't a new corporate...

Both times I have gone and used the app prior to going my food is NEVER ready altho the app says it is! And the chips I ordered are never in stock.
Tried them again today and they clearly SCAMMED me out of my money! Sent this to their "SUPPORT" department: This restaurant said OPEN on the Subway app. They allowed me to place my order AND collected MY money! The app started the order process, said they were making my 2 sandwiches, and 20 minutes later I got a call from the restaurant who told me my food was NOT ready, and will not be made! The employee advised this store DOES NOT accept online orders. They then told me that they would NOT be refunding me and I would need to dispute with my bank! So not only ly did they fraudulently take money by saying they are open and available for online orders when they clearly are NOT! BUT THEY REFUSED TO REFUND ME! I had to dispute it with my bank! Will report this location to BBB! THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE BY CLAIMING TO TAKE ONLINE/APP ORDERS AND TAKING PEOPLES MONEY when they do not accept online/app orders!! They didn't even offer me to puck it up a little later they offered me to pick it up 2 hours later!
update: they did reach out and refund me what I spent and a little more, I do appreciate them...
Read moreMy son and boyfriend went into this location and it took 3 of the workers 5 min to even come up front to help them. Then when my boyfriend gave the female that was working our order he said 2 6 inches and she made foot longs instead and he corrected it! She got an attitude because he corrected her. Then she put lettuce on the sandwiches without even asking how he wanted them dressed (by the way they were both without lettuce) so when he said those don’t have lettuce and don’t you ask how their dressed before you do it, she got another attitude with him! Then just took the lettuce off the sandwiches by hand rather than making new ones. (There was still a small amount of lettuce left on them) After all of the issues my boyfriend lost his cool and called her the B word which he probably shouldn’t have done but he was definitely given really bad customer service and had enough at that point. It is sad that the people who work in these restaurants don’t care about the employer or the customer and act like the customer is inconveniencing them! The customer pays your paycheck! These workers were rude and disrespectful! We will never be back to this location! This happened tonight around 9:15!
