Little King — Restaurant in Omaha

Put in an online order. I ordered two sandwiches with no cheese and customized both sandwiches. Didn’t check the sandwiches in store due to them being meatball sandwiches(they can be messy due to sauce). Get home and check the sandwiches both have cheese on them and don’t have any of the additional ingredients as specified in the order. Called back to get a refund because my fiancé could not eat the sandwich due to lactose intolerance. And the simple fact this was not at all what I ordered. The staff did not know how to refund the order and told me to call back in the morning. Just got off the phone with someone. They had me on hold for 10 minutes while trying to figure out how to do a refund. Told me it was all set and I would be refunded. I get an email telling me I will only be refunded 10 dollars of a 30 dollar order. So just to be clear. I got a 1/3 of the amount I paid for. Another thing to mention. I only ordered the two sandwiches. No combo, drink, or chips. And the order was slightly above 30 dollars. This experience was a total slap to the face. Never eating at Little King...

When we visit Omaha, we usually have a sub sandwich from Little King, and we aren't typically disappointed. However, the last two visits something just isn't right. We're not sure if it's the bread; ingredients; or the way they're made? I think it's the way they are made, and they haven't had the right amount of condiments (which you select). I have the Royal Treat or the Italian the king's way, and my wife has the Roast Beef or Turkey the king's way (with her selection of condiments that include mayonnaise and pickles) Our sandwiches have been typically dry, which means not enough oil and vinegar. I hate giving a bad review because I absolutely LOVE Little King's! They closed the one closest to my home town so any time I am in Omaha I stop and get 2. This last time though I was not happy at all. I stopped through the drive through and ordered my 2 #11 on White to take home. Ate the first one and the bread was just wrong. It was white but the taste of it was not like usual. Dry and the top was way too done. I ate the sandwich but wasn't happy. I was hoping this was just a one time deal but sadly I was wrong. The 2nd sandwich was exactly the same. To the point that I took the top piece of bread off to finish eating it.
