I have been trying for 5 days to get an order refunded. The first day I called immediately after placing the order. The lady who answered was rude and dismissive. She told me I had to cancel the order on the app, that she could not do it. After successfully trying to figure out how to cancel it on the app, I searched how to cancel it, and found out it can't be done over the app. That I was right to call the store, only they can cancel it.
I called the store back and the same lady answered. She was irritated I called back and was incredibly rude. She told me again I had to do it on the app, and I told her that it was not possible, that she has to cancel it from the store. She became even more frustrated and told me she was "too busy to cancel it right now" but that she 'will get to it when she gets to it". I said I would like to speak to a manager to make sure my order is refunded and she said there was no manager there, that she is "acting manager".
I called back the next 2 days in a row, where she answered each time asked for my name, and then told me there is no manager available today. The lady has not given me her name but this all started on Thursday, Sept 18th at 3:55 pm. The customer service is horrible, the two teenagers/young adults that were working there at this time today had no interest in even speaking to the clients. They were somehow “too busy” to even look up from what they were doing, even if there was no other customers.
