Wienerschnitzel — Restaurant in Omaha

Not open an hour and already out of supplies, mind you I don't like chili so the majority of the menu isn't something I'll eat, which is understandable but i wanted a Chicago dog, no tomato no onion, and they tell me they are out of pickels and relish for them....

That's a basic hotdog essentially and I'm not paying $3.50 for a basic hotdog....how can you open A restaurant and not have a TON of supplies re a dy to go? You know your going to be busy, stock up!

Not enough seating inside, booths are too small for a family of 5, parking sucks, though the line moved pretty fast so...

This was my first time at Wienerschnitzel. That is to say I’m not invested in the nostalgia that everyone in Omaha seems to feel about the place. But I can see why you’d do. It’s a simple concept but they do it well. Despite the chaos of being newly opened. I’m not gonna say things were great. But for cheap hot dogs they were right where they should be. I’m sure they’re better than the hot dogs at the gas station, but I’m not gonna say things like gourmet or try to make these fancy. Hotdogs. White bread buns. Toppings. Can’t get...

Busy, busy place. They were overwhelmed with all the customers, and it took FOREVER to get our order. They did thank us and apologized for the delay. The hot dogs are good but not very big. Jalapeño bites were ok, nothing special. Same for the burritos. The best part of our order was the fries...with chili and cheese and also plain. Thin and cooked perfectly. This place is pretty far from where we live, so we may not go there again for a long time. But if in the area, we will stop by and get another...
