Disappointing Experience at This Alberto’s Location
This has to be one of the worst Alberto’s locations I’ve visited. First off, the online ordering system is misleading—it doesn’t reflect their actual business hours, which caused unnecessary confusion.
The portion sizes were also disappointing. I usually split a burrito from other locations, but this one was noticeably smaller—barely half the size. On top of that, they only give you two salsas per order, regardless of how much food you get. I ordered nachos, two burritos, rolled tacos, and three beef tacos for my family of six at a cost of $60, and was still charged \$2.50 for just a few extra salsas. That’s excessive and feels like nickel-and-diming.
To top it all off, when I arrived to pick up my food, it took five minutes just for someone to respond on the drive-thru speaker—only to tell me to pull forward. Seems they can only handle one customer at a time.
Between the small portions, poor service, and extra charges, this location just isn’t worth it. I won’t...
Read moreIf I could give a negative star I would. After hearing the cook complain he didn't want to make carnesada burritos we finally got are food in a timely matter but one burrito was extra big and the other was very small even though I ordered the exact same burrito. They were put together poorly and just was a big mess when bitten into. Was not appetizing at all and just had so much sour cream it just made the burrito cold. The cook here during the afternoon shift just doesn't seem to like his job very much. If I could make a suggestion just go to another Alberto's. Also after receiving my food and before driving off I noticed the cook wasn't even wearing gloves as he was seen putting fries into the fryer with his bare hands. Smh hopefully I don't get sick and you shouldn't risk it so just go...
Read moreI came to this albertos 3 different times in 2 months during the night shift between 11pm and 2 am , so I'm speaking about the graveyard crew. The first time i ordered i asked for no Pico d3 Gallo in my carne asada fries and they added it anyway. The 2nd time i went the cook in the kitchen with his bare hand grab the cheese and place it in my Cali burrito and then he wiped his sweat with the same hand . Tonight , I went again asking for carna asada fries with no Pico and clarified no Pico de Gallo and again they added it anyway. I won't be coming back they don't even use gloves when prepping and cooking th3 food. The food Is always semi cold . I have been to many different albertos this one I can say is the worst ....
