Alex's Tacos Birrieria — Restaurant in Ontario

The waiting time was too long about 45 minutes eventhoug people waiting were not many only abput 8 people infront of me. I notice that other customers also seemee desparated waiting for theor food. There is no organization. I respected the line and when it was my turn, I ordered my food and I waited for the total to pay but they just advised me to wait on the side and they woukd call me when my order was ready. There is where I waited very long and I was worry that maybe they did not placed my order. I also saw that for some customers, they immediately cahrged then right after they ordered but for aome other costumers, they only took tge order and made them to wait. Anyway I asked them for my order and they asked the girl who took it. She said that they were preparing it but looks like she did not placed the order because they asked me again about it. I asked them for the total so I could be sure they are preparing my order but they again asked me to wait. At the end I got my order and they apologize for the delayed. Now not just that but the food taste is not really good. It is just ok. I think they need to be organized and decide if they orefer to charge costumera until when they received their food or as soon as they order it but they need to be constant and apply that with all the costumers so they can avoid confusion. Ive been to this place several times and usually happy with the food. The ladies behind the counter are not cordial but this time they were actually nice. But...I'm so disappointed. I ordered 2 birrias de chivo en su caldo to go. After waiting a good while, the lady called out 2 birrias. A man got up quickly and took the bag. Turns out it was my birrias de chivo. One of the ladies ran out to retrieve them. They tried giving me that same bag but I asked for a fresh order. The man got far enough that it took a lady a while to retrieve the bag. I didn't accept it. Food is such a delicate issue, I don't know what the man did with the food. So, I waited and waited and then I just decided to ask for my money back. I wouldnt Recommend this restaurant ever. I would give a zero. Because they don't have a good customer service and there way of taking orders is horrible. I order then another customer wanted to order more food. They delete my order. I was waiting for about 45 when they finally ask me what i was waiting for. I told ive been waiting for my order after all the other customers that came after me got there order. Then there was a women employee that had said i never order. It wasn't even that busy.
