Pizza Pirates — Restaurant in Ontario

I never tried this place so decided to give it a try. I place an online order for a extra large pepperoni pizza. My wife wanted some jalapeno on a few slices for her. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and paid for jalapeno on half but put in the notes if they could just put it on a quarter the pizza. After I placed the order I called the location just to make sure they got the Note and the guy I spoke to said that they could absolutely not put it on a quarter of the pizza it has to be half or nothing.

I was quite confused on why that would be an issue. I'm not asking to pay less. I'll pay for the half. He was just rude and condescending and saying that if he does it for me this time then what's to stop me from calling back and asking for that again. I can tell you this... my probability of ever calling you guys again is zero.

I've worked and run restaurants my entire life and cannot think of one good reason why they couldn't make the customer happy and say absolutely. I'm paying for jalapeno on half the pie and only want it on a quarter. Saving you food cost and labor and in turn you get a happy customer that's going to come back over and over.

My experience with delivery. Got a flyer in the mail from this place, and decided to give them a try , got free delivery. Pizza came on time everything was good up until the point of eating the pizza.

pepperoni with pineapple with garlic seasoned crust, crust was good , but the cheese had a plastic texture , flavor was off tasted like frozen pizza. Not good.

I also got the chicken carbonara and had like one slice , it was super dry all around and tasted like it had been sitting. Unless it was just dried out through the cooking process.

Wings : I got Mango Habanero and Honey Buffalo.

Wings were good , and had a good amount of meat. However some of the wings didn’t seem cooked all the way through.

Overall wouldn’t return.

This was my experience, happy for those that got a better one. Perhaps it would have been different had we dined in.

Bit of advice to the business , ensure drivers have the pizza insulated...

Best pizza always but if u need it delivered and your a cougar like me lol ask for ricky to bring his berry white voice over and deliver he made my birthday think i got feeling back downstairs crude?
