LA Express Chinese Food — Restaurant in Ontario

1 star for portion size. And another star for my somewhat good/friendly customer service experience (first time customer). Now let me get real..the food is TASTELESS and cold. That might be a good thing considering that they might not add any extra seasonings/salt due to health risk but who knows for sure but looking at the BIG QUANTITY of food they give you..im highly doubting that now. Anywho, the "chicken". The "CHICKEN" dont taste like CHICKEN. It honestly has a weird taste and texture to it (not just my opinion but i double checked with my husband). BUYERS AND EATERS BEWARE! It might not even be chicken, we didn't finish it. During the time when we were half way eating my stomach began hurting bad i couldnt eat well at all Which i thought was really weird. To add to all this my son came home sick from eating at this place. My husband got some really bad side effects too. And the smell on them both....phew! Naaasty! I know it's TMI but this is just to give you an idea how bad. Again, CONSUMERS BE-WARE!! Oh and another thing i forgot to mention, while we were there we over heard the man yelling at some customers. Rushing and yelling at them, asking them to choose something, anything. Cause apparently "they make anything you want, just order already" (and be gone. As i saw it). The customers just stood there. I didnt hear whether they were answering him but they took a couple more minutes to decide and make a call. This man, yelling, caught everyones attention in the place. It was quite an odd experience i had as a first timmer here and new to the city/county. Will honestly say that i wont be going back...

Just getting out of this LA Express Chinese food, feeling so dissatisfied and disappointed not on the food, but with the unprofessional, terrible and unfriendly customer attitude the lady on the left side of the counter displayed. It's my first time here after reading reviews I decided to try it out on my way from work. I told the lady that I wanted additional spring rolls then she started giving me attitute and getting furious....then I tried to explain to her that i just wanted additional 2 more spring rolls and I dont see why she should be acting this way to her customer. I asked her is it 'cos am black that was why she is acting this way 'cos I saw how she was attending to others. I only asked her if I could get additional spring rolls then she started getting furious at me. This is very sad. She does not deserve be in such a place here customer satisfaction should be their goal.....there was no sorry from her mouth non thank you. It's sad. Never and never coming...

Food is okay, prices are good. You get a lot of food for the price. Most of the employees are friendly, but there is a lady who has given us plenty of attitude on many separate occasions. Today was the last straw, she seemed annoyed that we were ordering drinks and not food. She was extremely rude, making remarks to her coworker under her breath.

I ordered a matcha green tea boba smoothie, she made an annoyed face, corrected me, said "it's called green tea, not matcha" and had a laugh with her coworker. I pointed to their menu poster that read "matcha green tea smoothie" she noticed I was upset and she changed her tone a bit. She is always rude, and she will mutter things to the other employees in a different language. I'm usually very passive but this time I could not get over how disrespectful and rude she was. Unacceptable customer service. Needless to say, I will not be coming back. I wouldn't recommend this place, the food is not good enough to tolerate...
