Kannika's Thai Food — Restaurant in Ontario

I love this place. I come here as often as I can. I'm a trucker, and before that I was in the navy. I've lived in 6 different states, and I've loved Thai food since I was a kid. This is the best Thai food I've ever had. I literally look forward to it for days when I know I'm going to be coming through here. I'll adjust my routing and schedule to make sure I'm here when they should be open. The #13 is among the best things I've ever eaten. I always order two of them, so I can eat one, and then reheat the other in a pan on my hotplate the next day. The crispy pork is also excellent, as is the red curry. I should have tried everything on the menu by now, and I'm sure it's all outstanding, but I just can't stop myself from hitting the #13 over and over again. I can't possibly...

Trucker here!! I had 3 dishes in 2 visits. First day I had the Thai fried noodles (#3) with chicken, beef and shrimp. This was the best thing I’ve eaten all year!! It was so good I had to go back on my way back out of Oregon. I ordered 2 dishes my second visit; the Pad Thai and fried rice (#1) with beef and chicken. The rice was everything you could ask for. No soy sauce needed at all. Just perfect! The Pad Thai was my least favorite but maybe the noodles on the first visit ruined it for me. Don't get me wrong. The food is absolutely amazing. Best food truck ever. But their hours of service are all over the place. I live 45 minutes away and drive here for the food. That's how good it is. But in past 3 months I have come here 8 times during their listed hours and they have only been open twice. It's very frustrating and they're about to lose me as a customer. and all the people I bring with me when I come.
