My husband and I went to Pichana for their grand opening dinner around 7 PM. Business was a little slow, but the service was outstanding. Every staff member greeted us warmly, and weāre so happy to finally have a great place to eat right across the street.
I ordered the Pichana sandwich on a lightly toasted French roll with chipotle and chimichurri sauces, served with crispy Parmesan fries. My husband had the surf and turf with honey sweet potato fries. The food came out quickly, beautifully presented, and tasted amazing. The staff was also very accommodating when we asked for extra sauce, which was such a nice touch for a pay-and-sit style restaurant.
