Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Ontario

I used to love coming here for their thin crust pizza, but now all they seem to do is drop the ball. I ordered for pick up and they tell me that they will notify me when my pizza is ready... my pizza was ready in 12 minutes but haven't contacted me about it till 30 mins later. This has happened 2 times and when I complained about having cold pizza (that i still had to pay in full) they told me that the next order will be 25 bucks off which was a lie cause they then try telling me when I ordered from them again it was not 25 bucks off but 25 percent off. I gave them my information to confirm that, and it turned out they never put the information on their system and even with my receipt and card information of when I purchased from them they told me the lowest they could go was 10 percent off. iseral shift mnager needs to be more professional when speaking to customers needs to be clear and to the point, my wife ask me to stop and pick up an order that this location messed up, instead of being apologetic i was met with rudeness from the cashier MITIA WHICH STARTED OUT WTITH HER TALKING DOWN TO ME , THEN WHEN I ASK FOR A MANGER SHE STARTED DRESSING ME DOWN IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS AND ISEREAL STOOD BY AND LET TEAR ME A GOOD ONE, I TOLD HER I DID NOT WANT HER TO TALK TO ANY MORE BECAUSE THISPROBLEM IS ABOVE HER PAY RATE AND I NOW ONLY TALK TO A MEMBER OF MANAGEMENT THAT JUST SET HER OFF SHE JUST GOT WORST AND HER MANAGER ON DUTY NEVER SAY STOP! Spoke to a Manager named Tammy put my order in at 9:40pm was told it was gonna be about an hour wait for delivery due to only one driver named Andrea which we were ok with. Called to see what was going on with my order at 10:55pm before they closed and Tammy answered and tried blaming me for not writing down my apt number then she stated that she called multiple times but I didn't receive not one call. They charged my card already didn't receive that back either. Tammy was very unprofessional lying thru her teeth all the way around. Sounded like she was high as a kite.
