Starbucks — Restaurant in Ontario

I went to get a cold brew here because the regular Starbucks I go to didn’t have any cold brew but little did I know that the customer service here is the worst I have ever had in a Starbucks before. She just opened the window and scan my phone not even a word she was in total silence and then she handed me the drink with the worst attitude and a mad face and close the window back. This is so wrong and you guys need to train your baristas better than this. We as customers deserve at least a hello welcome to Starbucks. Your coffee is not a dollar and even at McDonald’s treat you super nicely. I have been a customer for a long time and never ever had I been treated like this before. I even got off my car to talk to the manager and she told me is her second day. I don’t want to say the baristas name but in the end is the company that is responsible for its employees. Please avoid this location or go to McDonald’s. The manager just apologized but It felt like she didn’t care too much anyway. Well good day all and be happy. It took 20+ minutes to get one grande iced coffee with vanilla and venti mocha frapp. Not just that, they seemed to get every order before ours wrong. Drive thru and walk-in. The person before us had 2 drink and 2 waters and she had ordered at least 5 minutes before us. Manager was just standing around making himself drinks. My brother ordered a treat and it seems they forgot about it seeing as we got it after our drinks and he had to go ask and remind them. Turns out they forgot and burned it, made another one and still couldn't get it right. Ran out of the sweet and had to give him something else instead. No regard for time or customers. All they seemed to do was gossip and joke around (which I get you wanna have fun at work but also worry about the customer experience). The place was filthy which didn't help. Went this morning to get medicine ball for me and my daughter, they did not have it so they offered citrus tea defense. My voice was horse so I told the barista to add 10 extra homies into the cup with the tea for each cup. When I got to the window to pay the barista handed me the honies and I stayed no it needs to go into the cups. Apparently that upset the barista who the order and she was making comments in the background like why can’t she put them in the cup? She meaning me. I didn’t say anything but will never come back to that Starbucks again. Also the citrus tea I paid for taste nasty not worth 3.50. It didn’t taste like they put any honey in it.
